They make the beans!! It was like being back in San Antonio. The food, the staff the cost, wonderful. We also got a to go order and they added chips and salsa and all the different sauces as well. Finally, a Mexican restaurant with Mexican food the way it is supposed to be.
We went in to give this place a try on Taco Tuesday, and we are extremely surprised with how amazing the food is! Hostess and waitress were extremely friendly. We will be returning asap! If you haven't tried then, give them a try!
I very rarely give 5 stars. The food at Agavero is very good, the service is top notch and it's clean.
I'm from the west coast and grew up on authentic Mexican food, so my standards are very high. I can say that the food there is about as good as any Mexican restaurant I've been to in Ohio.
Our waitress both times I've been there has been Claudia and she is a delight. She appears to be very happy and it rubs off on me.
