Ordered here last night and had some of my order messed up,I called them and they said they would replace it, Tonight I called to get my ordered fixed and I spoke to an employee by the name of Bryce,I'm glad that he answered the phone, he was VERY nice, funny and friendly and went above and behond to take care of me, Thank you Bryce. After working 30 years in the food industry he is the kind of employee you want to take care of you, someone please get Bryce a raise aspa!!

I don't know what has changed, but I'm truly pleased that a positive adjustment was made. Initially, I encountered some issues during my previous orders from this establishment. However, I decided to give it another chance due to my fondness for Euro Gyro in Akron. Our selection this evening included a gyro, Philly cheesesteak pizza, and cheesy bread, all of which were exceptionally delightful.

I order takeout from this Eurogyro location in the Falls very frequently. The gyro bowl is my go-to order and their tzatziki sauce is so great that I always order extra. Three orders in a row were delivered with no sauce, let alone the extra that I paid for, so I called Eurogyro to ask if I should place the online order any differently. Bryce answered the call and was such a professional and genuine guy; it was very clear that he genuinely cared. He assured me that he'd look into the issue and make it up to me on a future order which was enough in itself as I was not looking for or expecting any kind of reimbursement. Today, about 2 months later, I placed a delivery order and surprisingly received an extra side that I didn't order that included a nice note written on the box. This was such a small but unexpected gesture that I had to call the establishment again to give my gratitude and also leave a positive review.Lengthy review aside, this restaurant is extremely consistent with their food which I find rare - I always know what I'm going to get when ordering Eurogyro. Thank you to Bryce for the reassurance that there are still good people like you in this world!

This place is an institution, at this point.Wheelchair accessibility: To my knowledge, there is NO chair accessibility. Unless there’s something I haven’t seen, some entrance with a ramp. When you walk in the front there are immediately two or three steps down.

The falls location is the worst I’ve ever had! Our food was disgusting and burned. They hung up on me and didn’t answer when I called back. Never got to speak to anyone.
food was horrible and burned. no sauce on the wings. and when I tried to call they hung up on me and then didn't answer when I called back I never even got to speak with someone. worst food and service ever. obviously the people here don't give a shit.

Food is never ready when it should be. Placed an order online, didn't start making it until I showed up 30 minutes later. Previously they took orders online when they weren't open, tried multiple times to get a refund. Ended up having to go through my bank for a refund. Management/ownership is obviously lacking and don't care.
