I've ordered Five Guys many times before. I've learned throughout the pandemic that they don't start your order until you've told them that you are there. I went into the store and waited patiently for someone to acknowledge me to start me order. I waited almost 20 minutes before I walked out and called the store to complain. I was told my order was ready so I went back in to get it only to learn it really wasn't ready. The manager did not apologize or offer any compensation....read full review
