The food here is still really good, but last time they were a little light on the fries, which was disappointing. Also, I’ve noticed the prices have been climbing lately. While the quality is great, it would be nice to see better portion sizes and more reasonable prices. Still a solid option for a meal, but something to keep in mind.
1/26 Doordasher grabbed the wrong order to deliver. I called the store when I saw that the wrong order was delivered. The manager was immediately willing to help and got me a refund through doordash - I didn't have to talk with doordash at all, he did that for me. Great service. I wish I caught his name so I could write it here. Thanks for helping!
Food is good but very awkward your employee huffs at me for not tipping on a to go order. As someone who works commission I don’t get hourly go ahead and huff I’m not tipping on Togo you’re not serving me and running around for me. You rang in my food. Your hourly rate should be enough for that.
