Second time here last night. Celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday! The chef on was amazing he did this train smoke and sound out of the onion volcano it was my fave part. He even handled a ladies allergies to pepper, sesame seeds and seafood really well. (Sucked for the rest of us lol) but I know that can’t be easy if you have a flow. Food was excellent and I like how this place does not put egg in their fried rice! Their little sherbet dessert at the end is my fave part!
We try to go there 2x's a year for special occasions. Absolutely my favorite. Cooks and waitresses are great.

This was our last visit to Hibachi Japan.
First, we had preferred seating for 6:30. We were finally seated just after 7:30. The server was very nice and did an excellent job considering the volume of people. We were told there are only 4 chefs. One would visit as soon as he could. The chef cooked everyone's meal, except mine. After he served the rest of the table, my husband asked, "Where's her filet?". Chef laughed and had the kitchen bring out another....
