Hibachi Xpress Cuyahoga Falls

The food is pretty good. I think that if you are craving some Chinese food you won’t be disappointed. Should’ve gotten more yum yum sauce. I got the chicken hibachi and it was more than enough for one person. The crab Rangoon's were okay.

Called ahead my order,was given 20 minutes til pick up . Arrived within 23 min to learn my order was given to ??? Not Me!!! Was told additional 8-10 minutes (I have already allowed an additional 10 minutes by now for them to decide they gave my order to? (They had not even made it yet that’s just the excuse they used ) was charged 3/$1 soy sauce packets (I ordered a la carte fried rice && a chicken entree —which was garnished with 1 yum-yum ? Since when ? I’ve always received 2 with an entree , 1 with a side , 3 with a double meat ! And never charged for soy sauce packets !! Great food , horrible service . Very upsetting. Probably will not patronize due to the pettiness .

Today was the first time I ever had hibachi, and I’m so glad this was the spot I got it from. I don’t know what kind of magic they are working in here 😂 but I NEED more, it was the most delicious food I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you so much!!

Two $16 Chicken entrees and a $5 veggie side. Only 3oz of chicken, few veggies, and the rest all noodles. Side veggies fills 1/4 of the container. I'm used to leaving with more leftover than I was giving. The food taste good!

The prices have gone up, and the food was ok but the added oinions and mushrooms even tho I asked for them not to and all the meat tasted like it was drowned in soy sauce, and our shrimp tempura was just the same small breaded shrimp you hey from the grocery store, I was really disappointed because every other time Ive been here it was really good.

This place was bought out by a new company… the food is ABSOLUTE TRASH! Higher prices, smaller portions, the quality of food is AWFUL. Think twice about ordering here. I wouldn’t let my dog eat it.

I didn’t realize I paid $16 for rice and onions. Very disappointing.

The cook is really sweet omg I loved her ENERGY! I was in the parking lot waiting and she came out just to make sure I got my order, so sweet 🥲. Steak hibachi 9/10 I forgot the extra yum yum sauce 🤬. I’ll be back to order again .

This was my first time ordering from here in many months. It used to be they hooked you up but the meat(I usually get chicken) sometimes wasn't the chewiest. Now I think the meat is a lot better and super tasty but it's like I got 70% rice, hardly any meat or veggies. Rating is more like 3.5/5 but I don't think you can do half stars on here.

I ordered one hibachi plate steak with yum yum sauce. The steak is like rubber I can't chew it , go to Nippon Hibachi it's way way better.

My 1st visit here this evening. When I arrived 2 get my food it sat 2 long due 2 a misunderstanding about my pickup time. The lady cook was so sweet.. & without me say'n anything she insisted that she was making me another plate fresh & hot. I was really impressed with the lady cooks great vibes & Energy♥️♥️ They really take pride n what they do & their mission is satisfying their customers. The gentleman who work'd the counter was professional as well. When I got home my food was still hot & delicious.😋🔥 My chicken was tender & everything was seasoned perfect!👌🏾 The Yum Yum sauce was awesome. I'm definitely coming back.💯 Nicely Done Ladies!!
