Ok, I'm torn here. Food is very good. Always love a good Jersey Mike's sub. Tonight my wife ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak as a bowl. Luckily we had lettuce at home to supplement what she got. I mean, it's lettuce. These guys already overcharge for tiny sandwiches. (Sorry, said it.) But you charge the same for a "bowl" as a sandwich and then don't fill the bowl? Sorry, just disappointed.

I ordered 20 minutes before arriving to the store pick up time was 640pm. Walk in at 640 wait my turn get to the counter and give them my name they tell me mine is being sliced now. About 3 mins later a customer walks in goes through the process of ordering and pays. Guess who got their food first? What is the point of ordering ahead? Don't waste your time ordering in the app ahead of time you will get your food first of you walk in and order even if you order 20 mins ahead of time.

Food was amazing. Always good food. My biggest problem is putting numbers on my food. I don't care about numbers. Also, if you're going to do everything by number at least write it legibly. All 6 sandwiches I ordered were illegible. I thought it was illegal to hire preschoolers.

Very clean place, the young ladies who waited on me were so sweet and sincere. I always enjoy a great tasting sub, and for a fast on-the-go meal prep, Jersey Mike's beats Subway out, hands down. I am a healthy eating person and the meats do not taste dirty or gritty in texture with alot of grease like Subway does.
