We had to cancel our carry-out order due to illnesses in our family. They refunded the order without giving us a hard time and it was very much appreciated. We've always enjoyed this location's food and customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service, rude as soon as my husband walked in. Didn’t make the sandwiches as asked and when he didn’t tip because of rude customer service and not listening to how we wanted the sandwiches the girl behind the counter announced to her other workers standing around that he didn’t tip. Didn’t seem like any of the workers wanted to be there. We usually go to another location and will never be back to this location. Genuinely terrible.

The lady manger took my order stated to make my sandwich then started take othe orders then started to finish my order with out changing her gloves so told her about that she threw my bread out an said to leave the store.
This was my first time here. The workers are really nice and the food was so good!

The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed. They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure. I felt bad. But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches. The manager should give those guys a raise!! Yummy food and great service :)))

Ok, I'm torn here. Food is very good. Always love a good Jersey Mike's sub. Tonight my wife ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak as a bowl. Luckily we had lettuce at home to supplement what she got. I mean, it's lettuce. These guys already overcharge for tiny sandwiches. (Sorry, said it.) But you charge the same for a "bowl" as a sandwich and then don't fill the bowl? Sorry, just disappointed.
