Had the 9 ounce flo steak med rare. It was the best I had in a long time. Waitress was really nice. The person is was with had the flos steak with lobster tail and he enjoyed it too

I'm not the type of person to write reviews often. This was my first time going back to long horn after a while. The reason I went was because that's where my son wanted to go for his birthday. One of my other sons ordered half slab of ribs. Ribs were hard, not wherever near fall of the bone, they were under cooked, I ordered the 6oz Flo's filet medium well, it was well done, order a side of grilled mushrooms and a loaded baked potato and they were cold, server didn't come around not once to check, except until it was time to go, asked if we wanted a box to go, that's when I informed him of the ribs. He asked if I wanted him to take them off the bill or make another slab to go, I took the slab. Prior to that, he asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I said yes, which it wasn't necessary, but the manager NEVER came. This was February 18th around 5 p.m the restaurant was not busy then, service wasn't what I expected.

Love their steaks, strawberry shortcake was disappointing I really love it but fruit was hard and not ripe.
Ordinarily, i do not gravitate to chain steakhouses. But we meet close friends regularly at this Longhorn. The food is dependably good. The restaurant is very well managed. And the service is first rate. It's a friendly restaurant that treats you well.
