I could just copy my love letter to Lucci's Place Kent and call it a day but tonight stood out to write a separate review.Our house been Lucci's loyalists since we first discovered the Kent location about 3 years back. We moved across Stow and had to switch to the CFalls location and it's always met the high bar that Kent set for us.Tonight we placed a late online order for the half/half deal, half pepperoni for me half pineapple for the vegetarian in the house. I arrive to pick up our pizza and when confirming the worker had the right order (honestly, it was probably the last of the night anyway). Well he misread the order and made it full pineapple. Now, ethically I disagree with pineapple on pizza but I'm not about to pick that fight with my partner and frankly, at least it wasn't the reverse leaving her to either pick off the toppings or go hungry. I probably could have sucked it up and dealt with the abomination.Instead, and without my asking the employee offers to make up a whole pepperoni pie on the spot, even as he was cleaning up the shop to close for the night. I'm a native to New York, the only thing that could have gotten me to turn this down was the last train home leaving, so you know damn well I accepted and stuck it out. Pizza this good will always be worth the wait and service like that can't be beat. Jon has taken great care of me in the past with any issues and he clearly made sure his crew was trained with the same mentality.I've taken every chance I could find to get pizza that could keep up back home and only one has ever gotten any return visits. Quit reading this review and go order the best pizza you'll find in the region and most likely, the whole state.

Amazing pizza, and very friendly service! Everything we have ordered from Lucci's has been fresh and delicious. You can tell that they do a lot of "in house" work to get these results. They make authentic New York style pizza, and they load up on the toppings! There's an incredible variety of toppings to choose from. We manage to find different combinations every time. Some days we want sausage or pepperoni, other days we're in the mood for chicken with artichoke and fresh roasted garlic. It can get expensive if you want 3+ toppings on the pizza, but you really do get what you pay for. They load it up.The breadsticks are awesome. Their steak fries come in humongous portions - we ordered a large, but we could have easily split the small between two people and still been unable to finish them all. Also, their ranch dressing is definitely made in house - bonus!Whenever I order for carryout they have always brought my food out to me in the car so that I don't have to wait in the small area inside. And the employees are always very cheerful.Lucci's is one of the first places I would recommend for pizza in Cuyahoga Falls, especially on the north side of town.

Kinda underwhelmed by the taste of the pizza. It smelled heavenly but the taste was not satisfying. Not the worse pizza I've ever had but not the best but far.

First let me start by saying, when I called to place my order the gentleman that answered the phone was the most pleasant person.So, I had dinner with a friend, my granddaughter asked to spend the night, I wanted to get her something quick and I heard this place had good Stromboli. Let me tell you, it has the best Stromboli!I can’t wait to try the pizza! 5 stars all the way!

We ordered from here when we couldn't get through to Papa John's and BOY am I glad we couldn't get through! We ordered a pizza and breadsticks and they were amazing! Thinner crust pizza with toppings that were so flavorful and cooked to perfection! We will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Our family absolutely loves pizza, and we're always trying new places to add to our mix-:) That being said, we never knew about this Wonderful Family Owned shop-:) Then, the Last day of June, Genius Marketing on their part, they gave Free 1 topping small pizzas away. Delicious, Yummy Pizza, Friendly Staff, and Great Prices!!?I believe they are a Cuyahoga Falls GemWorth trying!!:)?

I grew up in NJ and NY and this is the first real east coast pizza I’ve found in Ohio. Crust exactly like the hand tossed I grew up eating!

After trying "New York Style" pizza in this area for nearly 30 years this is the first time someone lived up to the claim. Just about nailed it!. The cheese, light sauce, and thin crust were right in line with what I was hoping. Also tried the stromboli which is real good with a generous portion of meat, but I would deduct a half point since it's not quite as authentic. Did not have any trouble finishing it since it tasted so good. Even though Lucci's Place is a little farther of a drive for us, we will definitely be back.
