Absolute horrible experience, there were people in the back as well as manager but when we called them cuz we were waiting for 20 min, they didn’t listen and ignored us . Have to wait for like an 20 min for them to come in and take our order. The cashier was nice but the “Amy” manager is the worst. She is so rude and when we were trying to say something but she just ignored and ran off.

Absolutely horrible experience at this place. Ordered a door dash order that took an hour to be prepared just for them try to turn it away 3 times. The third time I called the store and they turned on deliveries acting like they had it off accidentally. I received half of my order and when I called to simply get credit or a remake, the manager Virginia said she was busy making other DoorDash orders. She would not confirm if I get either. She said to “come in” and didn’t even apologize for making the order wrong. I do not trust this at all. I will be submitting a complaint to corporate on Monday. I am at a complete loss for words. My girl is pregnant and this is how they treat their customers. No guarantees, no apologies, lukewarm food, all on top of an incredibly difficult and trying day. Thanks so much, McDonald’s on Howe. I’m never ordering from you again.

I ordered through mobile app before 10:30am. When I went to go pick up order at 10:30 told order was canceled because breakfast was over. Only ordered though app because I arrived there was a line and figured if I got order in before 1030 could still get breakfast. This was not the case. Now got to wait for refund of my money if i get at all because app says no refunds have to get from store. Never will use app or go to this McDonald’s again that is for sure.

This mcdonalds on is the worst they ask you do you have a code you give it to them to get the deal and they say they didn't get it they act like they can't hear you in the drive thru poor customer service and attitudes right across from the plaze on britian road

Used the app for a daily double large fry for free also apple pie. The staff member read my order handed me a fish sandwich “large fry” which was not to MC Donald’s standards fries were not even in the middle just disrespectful l. Manger lady there completely acted unprofessional stated I ate the fries but how when I turned around and brought it back in 10 seconds interesting ? shut this location down!!!!

McDonalds reagular meals are looking like Happy Meals.Burgers look like breakfast sausage, fries not full, drinks got smaller, straws got shorter, and I feel like Ron is getting over.The place was very clean, and the staff was very professional and courteous.

McDonald's lost its way some where its no the McDonald's I grew up with and the prices well I could go to five guys fir the price of McDonald's now for a much better burger. My big complaint is food is never hot unless you have it made to order but even then if they delay the processing and wrap and deliver its warm at best. Special orders or request are never right and if you are In drive through that means getting back in line or coming inside. When you come inside there is no one at the counters any more and you have to try to get someone attention in the back and no one working there had a smile or even seemed happy in general and the newer. Interiors are cold and uninviting some have taken away the drink and condiment station out of the front. The Kiosk won't allow you to enter Special orders or instructions its no longer a McDonald's I can't specify really what it is but it's a place I will no longer go to
