Had to wait, which I can understand, but to wait and STILL get cold, old, not fresh fries is not good. This is the second time this week that I had to wait and have gotten bad fries.

Atmosphere? There is none anymore. Service god forbid you ask for anything from them you either get a tone in their voice or a look in their eye so yea and as fir the food it is hit or mostly miss. I order a cook to order dbl hamburger no ketchup and I pull up and pay then get my burger and immediately open it to take a bite and it's warm at best it's been years since I got a hot hamburger and no sense discussing the fries.
