Customer service sucks, as soon as it hits 11 they refuse breakfast, which is dumb even though I ordered it 20 minutes before. Not a single worker knew how to help me with a refund so I was forced to get food I didn’t even want.

I can't stand when you go to a drive thru and because they want to make their times getting customers out the door, they tell you to pull ahead. I'm probably the 9th car waiting. Had nobody pulled ahead, we can all be 30 cars deep and I would have realized it would have been more time friendly to go to Wendy's or a sit down restaurant. Instead, here I am waiting on my car for 30 min because a staff doesn't realize at noon they should start slapping down some fries in the oil.

They're fine, but they never have my mobile order ready. I always have to show up and stand there while they make it in front of me. What's the point? If it's been 15min that seems like enough time to get two items ready. Not the first time it's happened and I'm getting annoyed
Absolutely terrible customer service. Especially for someone to be the face of the company at the drive through. My order was "lost" and I received nothing but pure attitude and the window was left open while rudely talking to another coworker about how, "somebody else better handle me and come to the window" I only asked about my order i was polite and I didn't raise problems. I understand, it's inconvenient when you can't find something but that's not on your customer. I also had the window slammed in my face for absolutely no reason. Actually for saying please. Absolutely unexceptable customer service.

Came in for coffee before work big mistake, first cup had grounds and was very bitter. I asked for another cup and this is what I got and I got an attitude blaming someone else for the poor quality...this is the cup I got the 2nd time. I did not even drink it and just walked out. If you serve this to people you obviously don't care about them...
