Interesting set up. Order food and drinks up top. Take a marker and your drinks to your table, wait staff brings food out when ready. If you want drinks you must go get them. Someday this place will be completed. Kitchen seams at capacity now. Not a fan of their service model, however food , specialty bears and drinks are top notch. Bar service is fast and friendly. The special menu is not easy to find. Ask- it will be worth it. Recommend getting there early to get an umbrella....
Stopped here for the first time today. When you walk in, they told us to get a seat outside and have somebody stay at the table then you have to come up and order at the bar outside or inside.
There are no waitresses. After you order food then you sit down & they give you a number and then somebody does deliver your food. But if you need anything, you have to get up and go ask at the bar. Nobody serves you, waits on you or checks in.

What a great craft brewery! The facility would be about the nicest craft brewery I've been to! (and I've been to plenty over the last 30 years). A 2- teired patio and more on the way! Overlooking the Cuyahoga River! Beers were excellent with a particularly large selection of IPA's including traditional, hazy's, doubles and triples! And maybe the best large pretzels- home made locally as well as a large selection of other good food choices!
