Just to let everyone know, all employees were fired today with absolutely no warning. The stores are all permanently (Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Canton, OH) closed. As of today.

Who knew garbage could cost so much ??? pure junk. I was just hungry and stopped by. Dry chicken, seemingly 5 day old ground beef. Definitely not coming back. Yuck City ? ?

I ordered the queso it's so good. I had a problem with one of my orders and the manager I didn't get his name but fully refunded me, and apologized for the mix up.

Tasteless meat and lack of training. The guy had 2 headphones in taking our order. He made the stack wrong. Pre Covid management was better. They don’t even say “welcome to Moes” anymore. It’s a weird vibe. I won’t be going back.

Lobby was closed at 8:30. So I couldn’t dine in. Seems a bit anti consumer. Chipotle doesn’t do this, what’s the difference?

I would drive past this restaurant and want to stop and I finally decided to take my family there for the first time. I told the guy at the counter, who I found out was the assistant manager on duty that it was our first time there. He created a great experience for us. He even threw in a cookie for my toddler and she was so excited lolShe loves cookies.The food looks amazing and taste as good as it looks. Definitely going to be one of my favorite spots to go to when I want to splurge lol cool, clean atmosphere!

I think Moe's as a franchise is in trouble. We've given up on the Canton location, there is never enough staff nor fresh food ready to serve. This is exactly what was experienced this past weekend at the Howe Ave location. A nearly vacant store, and one guy trying to run the whole thing including the online orders that kept coming out of the receipt printer. It's not fair to put one person in that position, he was set up for failure. I stood for 10 mins behind a party of two that was waiting to order, and as I opened a coupon on my app, it warned that it would expire in 10 mins. You guessed it, the coupon blinked away before I even got to order.As I was waiting, a female employee showed up and jumped on the line. As I began to order, the first thing on the burrito tortilla was rice. I kid you not, the scoop of rice was about the size of a hot dog, only HALF of the diameter though. When I naturally asked for more, I was told (unbelievably) that she'd have to charge me extra. FOR RICE. There was approximately .06 cents worth of rice on the burrito. Rice has got to be the cheapest ingredient Moe's has.Then the only meat which looked edible was chicken, so that was what was chosen. The rest of the bins were either on empty with unidentifyable crusty bits, or what didn't even look as good as roadkill swimming in liquid, with the parts that stuck up out of the liquid hard and dark brown. Seriously, it was completely off-putting.Then, the included chips were approx. 25 chips in the bag. Such a disappointing visit all-told.Moe's - please get it together. We prefer your food over the other make-your-own-burrito place, but you are not doing your job. At all.

Overall very disappointed with my last visit. The food seems to have gone down hill. A very big hill. The rice was undercooked and the chicken was way overcooked and none of it was warm.

Great customer service! The food looked like it was out for a while so it looked dry. The taste of the nachos were okay. I believe Moe’s has potential however wrapping the food up when no customers are purchasing is essential.
