20mins for one sandwich 😳 They seemed lost and unorganized! Out of town we and this was my second trip here in two weeks. 1st trip was okay, today was a total dumpster fire:( Buttersteak was over cooked and sloppy put-together 😒 NOT a value at all!

Not worth the money. I ordered a regular hot buttered cheesesteak, reg fry and reg drink. Two thin slivers of meat, barely any cheese, no mushrooms and onions. Even tho they always come with mush and onions, not this particular day! My order of waffle fries was a total of 4 fries, I didn’t have enough fries for the cup of cheese sauce I ordered. Dr. Pepper tastes like Dr. Pop. Service the cashier could care less and unpleasant. Pass this place up, it’s full of disappointment and a waste of money. I miss the old Mr Hero, not this Indian run over priced junk!

5:30 Monday july1 Roman was good but LG waffer fry a limp cold mess. Ordered a large and it had 6 medium waffer. Waffer were cooked before I ordered bag and weighed and put under heat lamp had a 10 minute wait for sandwich yes they were busy. Just really would have like a crisp hot waffer fry to go with my romanbuger. Think the waffers should have been cook longer and cook closer to sandwich finish time.

Purchased large Roman budget late this afternoon online,; apparently they were out of tomatoes and onions! So sad they have been great but total strike out today. My dogs will enjoy what little meat is on the 2/3”s. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Mr. Heros is and has always been phenomenal. The employees are kind and helpful, they make WONDERFUL food. If you can't get lost in a cheese steak, I don't trust you, lol. This location is easily the best and most consistent in the area. Much thanks guys and gals! Feeds the whole family!
