They made an old fashioned by shaking the cocktail! So, it's watered down , then poured over ice! Never seen that anywhere in my life. I asked what my drink was, the bartender said an old fashioned and that's how they doThem and also said there is no garnish because the cherry and orange were in the shaker. The bartender was nice and asked if i wanted it remade. I said no thank you to be polite. I would hate to see what they do to a rum and coke or gin and tonic. So my next drink was a beer. Congrats! I'll never get a cocktail there again, where your profit margin is and I'll just get a bottled beer instead or better yet, go somewhere else. Food was the same bar fare every other bar has. Ok but nothing unique or fresh

Went for all you can eat wing night ($14.99 per person). They had a great selection of flavors. Well worth the price. Have been to On Tap many times and never had a bad experience. Great menu selections, good service, good atmosphere.
Good food, reasonably priced. Plenty to choose from on their menu. Their original sauce is an excellent hot sauce.

Swiss mushroom burger has the grossest mushrooms on it I’ve ever tasted. You’re either using trashy canned mushrooms, slimy expired mushrooms, or your cook can’t cook mushrooms. Completely disgusting burger I wouldn’t feed my dog.

My husband and I used to frequent On Tap until last summer when we got a string of bad waitresses. We decided to go tonight, and it was our worst experience ever. We came around 8 and it wasnt busy. The waitress took over 10 minutes to come greet us, we were about to leave when she finally showed up. She took our drink and food order, lets forget about the point where i mentioned i was between applesauce and cottage cheese at a side, and she completely ignored me and said to just eat some of my husband's fries if im not sure i want them. then disappeared for around 20 more minutes, at which point I went over to the bartender and let her know, thinking she would at least give us the water we ordered. She disappeared to the back to get our waitress, but never gave us our water either. Our food showed up before the waitress with our waters. Instead of a real apology she said, "I gave them to you in my head," with attitude, at which point my husband asked her for extra, knowing it's the only way we would get refills.The food was also terrible. I ordered a chicken caesar wrap, and the chicken was burned so badly it was hard. I ended up removing it from the wrap, I was honestly afraid to send it back the way we were being treated. Our waitress did show up one more time to ask if we wanted dessert, and when we said no, she said she would get the bill. Don't worry, this also took a ridiculously long time, first for her to drop it off, then to come back and grab it. I always tip well, I know it's hard being a waitress and they don't make much, however I told my husband not to bother and he felt the exact same.
