I got a to go order last night and I was pissed when I opened it up the steak was awful and the bloomin onion was burnt my bread was as hard as a rock my order was 45.00 I will never come back to this place ever shame on your place it I work hard for my money and was expecting more;

There was a bachelorette party that they sat at the table immediately beside us (my 18yo son, my fiance and I) instead of literally ANY other table in the place which was annoying. Both guys ordered the prime rib and both sent it back for being so tough.. The steaks they chose for replacements looked decent, but my son's wasn't cooked properly and even after sending it back it was STILL not done right!! My food was awesome, but I ordered a meal deal and wasn't even offered half of it. -no salad, no dessert... The waiter was nothing special but he was trying.. Overall, we definitely won't be going back.

This is the nicest Outback in Montgomery County. The food quality and service is consistently Excellent. The last time I was there Gabby was our server who delivered exceptional service with a smile. Phillip generally serves us when we get the unlimited soup and salad. He’s the main reason we frequent this location along with the consistent food quality. Phil is so kind and such a hard worker. He makes sure you receive excellent service delivery.

My teen son and I stopped for Saturday lunch. My first visit in probably 25 years.
The service was great attentive, pleasant, and friendly.
The food, meh. We each had the pick 3 selection. I had the potato soup, 8 grilled shrimp and cheesecake. My son had the Caesar salad, burger and chocolate brownie sundae.
First, the bread was not very good. I believe it was warmed in the microwave. It got chewy almost immediately. First course Caesar salad was good, cheese croutons, lettuce. The potato soup was not. It was extremely salty and the texture was gluey. Next course, burger was good, he got it plain. The fries were a bit overcooked and not very tasty. My shrimp was also way too salty way over seasoned. It came on a piece of toast but I didn't even try that. I paid $2.99 extra for the loaded mashed potatoes. They were ok, probably the best part of my meal but not worth an extra $3. I got my cheesecake to go and shared my son's brownie sundae. If you like nuts in your brownie, this is the dessert for you! It was loaded with nuts, i mean loaded. We are not big fans of nuts in brownies so this was not a good detail.
Overall, I would not recommend Outback Steakhouse. The service was great but the food was not nearly worth the price. I won't go there again.

Waited at the host stand waiting for a table for a good time. Wasn't even acknowled by anyone working after being looked at multiple times. First time trying to eat there and won't be back.
cold mashed potatoes, that I paid extra for. burnt sweet potatoe, and chicken was over cooked,bad tasting barbeque sauce, I could of did better at-home. To top it all off,it was father's day,will not return to this location in Cuyahoga falls, thankfully we didn't get steak.
