I found this lovely bakery on a Google search for gluten-free nut roll this Easter. SO glad I did. Karen is wonderful to talk with! I explained what gluten-free Easter traditional pastries and breads I was searching for. Karen created them for us! DELICIOUS!The nut roll was so close o my Grandmothers! We preferred it over the traditional nut roll we had for those not needing gluten free!I will be placing more orders in the future. Paska bread, nut roll, cream horns all were delicious!

Ordered a cake Monday night for my moms birthday, she's obsessed with angel food cake and was recently told she could no longer have gluten. Emailed Karen about possibly picking up Wednesday morning instead of Saturday. She agreed, and the cake was absolutely delicious. I will absolutely be ordering again. �
