Super cute and nice homemade items. The chicken salad on a toasted croissant was better than Panera’s by far. My husband had a turkey club that was packed high. Bakery was well stocked and I bought to go. Homemade pasta looks delicious. Will update when I try.Update: lemon pound cake was to die for

Get their apple pie every year and it is phenomenal. Ordered a birthday cake for the first time and WOW! Excellent artistry and such a delicious cake!

Great place for a tasty meal and baked goods, and the service is very good. Nice place to sit and dine with tables and chairs.

As a past faithful customer of Crest Bakery in Akron, I visited Pallotta's in Cuyahoga Falls and had a cream stick. Unfortunately it was nothing like what I had at their Crest Bakery location, no better than Dunkin. Also staff was not as welcoming either. My hope is they get back to their original recipes which were the best.

I love this place. The staff amazing the food is just as good. Can’t say enough about this place. I’ve attached a copy of the menu.

This little place is a GEM! 10/10 on the unofficial chicken tender rating scale from my child. Best donuts I have ever had! The cupcakes were incredible. The staff is so patient and friendly! Highly recommend!

Get your cakes somewhere else:I ordered a 12 inch square peanut butter ho ho cake for a large party. The chocolate cake was dry (either over-baked or stale), the peanut butter filling was coupled with buttercream filling and was nearly non-existent peanut butter. The white icing on the cake was nearly ¾ of an inch thick and way too thick for even an icing lover. I had personally gone in to discuss decorating on the cake with the cake decorator that was supposed to make the cake. After much discussion and her taking many notes, the cake was not decorated as we had discussed, though I wasn’t the person picking it up so I couldn’t give feedback immediately.. In the past when I have ordered cakes from Pallottas, there wasn’t any cake left because guests loved it so much that they even had additional pieces. This time was vastly different because there was a lot of cake thrown out. It seemed people had taken 2 bites and didn’t like it either. It was a huge disappointment after spending over $100 on a cake. I did call and speak to Mike the owner who reluctantly said that they “missed the mark” this time and reluctantly offered “a discount on the next cake that I ordered from them”. When I pressed him about how much of a discount that would be, he responded that it would depend on what I ordered. Not getting any satisfaction in the moment just added insult to injury. I won’t be returning back to Pallotta’s Bakery ever and I don't believe that any of the 30 guests at my event will used them for a cake either. I don’t need to run across town when there are bakeries that are local to me that actually deliver on what they promise. This certainly wasn’t the experience that I had expected from a bakery that I had used for events for the past 25 years.
