So today I wanted to get panda after a long day at work . I pull through the drive thru and order a plate of chow mein/super greens +Kung pan and broccoli beef .Tell me why when I open the plate at home I get white rice (the employee didn't say anything about there not being chow mein) and a whole bunch of broccoli and exactly ONE PIECE of beef , literally one piece??! If the employee said anything i wouldn't have ordered in the first place since I love chow mein it's the best part of my order tbh.

I always order from this location. I love their honey walnut shrimp, probably my favorite dish they have. Always good food and service.

I went through the drive thru today 11/18. The lady asked me if I wanted to round up the change of my total of $9.80. I told her yes. When I got to the window, I was told it was now $11. I heard a man inside tell her it should be $10 yet she laughed and ignored it, then hid the receipt in the bag. $1 won’t break my bank but that’s completely unacceptable.. I would not donate or visit this location again.

Found a maggot in my chow mein on a noodle, sure there were more but didn’t continue digging. I called the store and they said to bring it in for a refund. My fiancé brought the food back and they argued about giving a refund despite returning the food, having a receipt, AND bringing the maggot??? Finally got a refund after they argued with him. Disgusting.

Walked up to the counter with no one in front of me and after 5 minutes I wasn't greeted or offered service so I left. To be fair the employees were all busy the entire time from what I saw so I guess Internet orders must've been heavy or something. If I can't walk in and get service in 5 minutes with no one in front of me I might as well go to a real Chinese restaurant where the food is better.

Used to be good, today spent $11 for maybe 9 quarter-sized pieces of chicken and some rice... Price has gone up for way less food
