The food was delicious. The coffee was burnt so I got tea. The iced coffee was no good, but I’ll still give you five stars because the team made up for it.

I usually order my food on the app ahead of time, and they are usually quick, and the food tastes great. I’ve never had my order incorrect at this location! It’s a good panera!:)

I'm not sure why this place seems to be always dirty even when I'm coming on a day that isn't busy.
Even when there's only a few tables being occupied, almost every single table in this place are dirty and it'd be a good opportunity for cleaning, but nope, tables left uncleaned.
Sarah, the manager, at night, was a terrible example of leadership, in a customer based setting. She was all about saving money for the company, but forgot the fact that in order for a business to continue to survive, you have to have return customers. She made you feel like you’re a terrible person for asking for what you ordered. Yeah I asked for a lot, and paid a lot, because it’s not just me- I have to ask for the things that everyone in a party of five may not get - like a knife for the spread for one kids bagel, an extra bowl for a split salad, an extra dressing, my extra apple chips, extra pecans (which I asked for when ordering in case there was a charge to pay), the romaine I ordered to add to the apple Fuji. When I went to get it from the pick up counter she was so annoyed and I said sorry but I saw the girl type it in the notes and she’s like, “yeah, she typed in SOME things!” She’s like here and she didn’t give the extra apple chips that I assumed I paid for because I ordered it- she’s like u didn’t pay for it just so you know - and pushed three apple chips toward me. Made me feel like a beggar. It’s like it’s not my fault if she didn’t charge me. How about charge me for a side of apple chips and give me more than three and no attitude. I like my food HOT and my chicken noodle soup was like warm- wow way to ruin dinner - but hey, yeah there’s a microwave!! So I go over to heat it and guess what - doesn’t work and SARAH says you have to mess with the nob and push it in hard and turn it - they hears that it didn’t work- they heard I don’t like cold soup- they don’t care. I’m just a Karen to them but to me I’m someone who pays a lot with me times 5 and I want hot soup - sorry. Unbelievable rudeness. Do you think I wanted to open up the pecan twist and see it was Rock hard and my kid says, “ lol that thing would be dry still sitting in a glass of water.” I told her since I couldn’t even eat my soup and so you think she offered me a different item? No. If you have self respect- do NOT go here.

This branch of Panera really specializes in customer service: friendly and efficient with the great quality food you come to crave at Panera.

The you pick two; chicken fontega flatbread and broccoli cheddar soup is still my go-to and favorite from Panera. Food is always pretty solid, you know what you're getting. I'm convinced that they also make the best sugar cookies around! Service is what it is, the employees are kind.

I’ve never had a Panera experience like this one. It started by the lady who took our order, who was rude and rushed us to order even though the place was empty. Then our food came as pick up inside a bag even though we said we were dining in. The portions were smaller then normal, not as good, the bread was hard and cold. They threw our baguette sides inside the paper bag with the rest of the containers with no other protection.
Awful service, food, and atmosphere. Employees weren’t nice

i guess its been a minute since ive ordered as i remember the pick two being about 10$ not 20$ for childrens sized portions. mac and cheese came to me as dry noodles with a hunk of chesse cold and hard on the bottom. prices would be fine if they actually filled a cup and served hot soup
decent food, small quantities that are horribly overpriced. half a sandwich and small drink= $15

I ordered soup and a grilled cheese to be delivered tonight, which I don’t often do delivery but I woke up feeling under the weather, my husband is out of town, and my car is in the shop so I have no vehicle. When my order was delivered, every other thing was perfect except I was missing my soup, which unfortunately meant that I couldn’t really enjoy the grilled cheese or bread bowl I received.
I called the store, the manager was very kind and apologetic (I wish I remembered his name so I could thank him more personally.) He offered either a refund or to send someone to deliver the missing item. At almost 6 pm I still hadn’t eaten today and was really looking forward to my meal so I just asked if they’d be able to bring me the missing soup.
I want to personally shout out WILLOW, the employee who brought my soup. They were kind, timely, wished me luck on feeling better, and even followed up a few minutes later to ensure the soup was left at the correct door. I was really disappointed when I received my meal without my soup but the team really did everything to go above and beyond to make it right, even upgrading the size of my soup without me asking. I’d give a 10/5 star rating if I could. And give Willow a bonus or raise, they deserve it!!
