i guess its been a minute since ive ordered as i remember the pick two being about 10$ not 20$ for childrens sized portions. mac and cheese came to me as dry noodles with a hunk of chesse cold and hard on the bottom. prices would be fine if they actually filled a cup and served hot soup

I ordered soup and a grilled cheese to be delivered tonight, which I don’t often do delivery but I woke up feeling under the weather, my husband is out of town, and my car is in the shop so I have no vehicle. When my order was delivered, every other thing was perfect except I was missing my soup, which unfortunately meant that I couldn’t really enjoy the grilled cheese or bread bowl I received. I called the store, the manager was very kind and apologetic (I wish I remembered his name so I could thank him more personally.) He offered either a refund or to send someone to deliver the missing item. At almost 6 pm I still hadn’t eaten today and was really looking forward to my meal so I just asked if they’d be able to bring me the missing soup. I want to personally shout out WILLOW, the employee who brought my soup. They were kind, timely, wished me luck on feeling better, and even followed up a few minutes later to ensure the soup was left at the correct door. I was really disappointed when I received my meal without my soup but the team really did everything to go above and beyond to make it right, even upgrading the size of my soup without me asking. I’d give a 10/5 star rating if I could. And give Willow a bonus or raise, they deserve it!!

The lady who was fixing the food was rude and very volatile. She gave an older gentleman 2 plates, and he was struggling to carry them . We were standing there, so we helped him because he was really shaking, not to mention he had a 3rd plate to come back for. So by accident, I touched the wrong plate.. I didn't breathe on it or contaminate it. But the lady who, by the way, was not following protocols started slamming and throwing things until her informed her she was not going to be rude or crass and she needed to lose the attitude. Then, she went back to being appropriate. I understand she was frustrated ,but you slamming a wooden sticks on the counter and slamming things is very inappropriate and bad customer service and very threatening. I will drive the extra 8 miles to the brimfield panera before I go there again.

Lazy teen galore. Had to wait in line for 10 minutes while a confused old woman mindlessly wondered on what she wanted to eat at the register. 3 people sat at the bakery bickering about gods knows what while they could’ve been ringing me out.
STEVIN was exceptionally friendly and suggested his favorite drink with blueberry, lavender and lemonade.
I had the new chili bowl. It is the best chili I’ve had in a very long time from a restaurant other than my own. I wish they offered more chili and less bread when they scoop the bowl. I see now why some people order them separately.
Today. I met the general manager. Good experience; but Stevin made it great!
