We came to town to see a friend and grabbed lunch. Was delicious! Guy came from behind the counter to the table next to us and asked them if they needed anything. The customer joked, “Another one to go for free!” and we laughed. Next thing you know, guy really came back with another fresh sandwich. The customer was with his girl and it was such a cool moment! Seriously the most friendly place I’ve been to in awhile. HIGHLY recommend, food is amazing.

Richard took my order was very helpful very knowledgeable very friendly greeted us as we came in greeted us as we left we need more customer service like Richard he made our dining experience a delight and our food was wonderful and the staff was wonderful as well that was working with Richard we enjoyed our lunch today at Penn station

I've been comin here bout 1 once a week for the past year... but they must've changed staff because the last 4 times I've ordered, my sandwich has been messed up. If you like penn find another location or another sub shop because this one sucks. They lost my business for sure.

My favorite sub station made fresh and good
!

Got a regular size cheesesteak and medium fresh cut fries. The food was amazing and the staff was great. Had an incident where the vinegar cap was broken and when I went to put it on it all poured out onto the fries. The workers were great and offered to replace the order. Before I knew it, they brought out a whole basket of fries which was way more than ordered. It was such a great gesture when it wasn't required to do.

I am not one to review a chain restaurant, but I want to shout out the guys here. Every time I’ve been in, they are so dang pleasant, I actually don’t mind having to get out of my car to come in!
Fries are good and fresh, great Italian sub. Little pricey for a small sub and fry, but what isn’t these days.

I would say that their fries are one of the best things they have. I think they make them on sight. Very tasty, though they get cool fast. Personally, I am only marginally impressed with the sandwich. I had the Cordon Bleu, and I just don't think it is the best value for what I paid. This store is not conducive to large group gatherings. The row of tables is tucked in between the wall and the aisle customers walk between the entryway and order taker, and the cashier.
