I ordered the supreme medium pizza. It was way too salty and the flavor just wasn’t Right. And the price was too high for what I got. I will not be a repeat customer.

It's not often I think of a food experience months after ordering. Had to write this review after ordering from this Pizza Hut. Ordered a hand tossed pizza and it arrived looking completely sad. Like it had sat under a heat lamp and was just neglected for hours. Pizza Hut asked me to review, and I did. I shared with them my bad experience. All I got from the manager (Greg) was an E-mail that stated he was aware that the pizza did not meet my expectations and they "take pride in delivering a quality product and will use the feedback to improve the experience for their customers." Looked like a canned response/copy paste job to unhappy customers. He also thanked me and looked forward to serving me again. I'll pass. The ball is in your court on proving to me that you actually want to deliver a quality product. I'm not spending more of my hard earned money on a guessing game.

In all restaurants, people in counter problems, the restaurant in Towner's problems regularly and the overcome them by good personality. Great with the customers, and they seem to care about what the problem is and they fix it. And they make it better.

Stay away from franchise pizza shops. Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. Boneless wings only had a little bit of sauce on 1 side. Wing Container wasn't even covered but packaged in the big dinner
Pizza was horrible. Crust was bland, spongy. I don't even know if the sauce was on there or not. Wings were good. It's Pizza hut. Not wing hut.

No way to modify or cancel orders on the app. You can't even call the store to order a pizza. It sends you to a call center that's not even in the US. They couldn't understand me well enough to get my address. I've never had so much trouble ordering a pizza.
