I walked in to order a bowl. Was ignored by the worker for at least a couple minutes while he was on the phone. When I was finally waited on, the worker was visibly upset and frustrated. There was no available cucumber, and that was not made aware prior to starting my bowl. The rest of my ingredients for my bowl were scraped out of the bins and was not offered to get fresh. I went to order a tea and the worker said the tea station was closed. There was an hour left before closing. I love the tea here, but this was a very disappointing experience.

I've only been there twice; one time the first week they opened and one time just recently. Both times, the staff were friendly and while it was a slow hour this last time, the atmosphere was good with nice music.My main two complaints are that it seems like they run out of things a lot, which wasn't too much of an issue since the staff were quick to recommend alternatives and I was able to try something new. The second complaint is that their rice tastes and feels a little different from what I'm used to. I'm not sure if it's overcooked or if there's just too much water, but it ends up sticking together a little too much and seeming a little too soft compared to a lot of sushi rice I've had. It isn't terrible or inedible, but it is probably my biggest complaint and the main reason for only four stars instead of five.Other than that, I had some boba the first time I was there and it was great! They were very helpful with suggesting a flavor my mom would like since it was her first time getting boba. The food is also pretty good once you get past the rice, I really like their spicy bowls and they go really heavy on the furikake, which I love since a lot of places go kind of light on it. I haven't had any of their sushi burritos but I plan to try one out some time when I get the chance to go back. The price was pretty standard for poke, I would expect to spent between $10-15 per bowl.Overall, if the place was closer or did delivery to my area, I would definitely go back more often!Parking: Parking is pretty easy. The location is a little out of the way so the lot is usually empty. There's plenty of spots up close too if you're in a wheelchair or have trouble walking.

Ordered $60 worth of food for my family for pickup up a little more than an hour before closing yesterday. Ten minutes before the food was supposed to be picked up, they cancelled our order without reason. When we called to see why, the person who answered snidely said they 'were suddenly slammed with 45 orders and ran out of rice'. I asked when I would be refunded and they said it would be a few minutes, as my payment was already processed on their end. I called back when the money was not returned an hour later but they did not answer.They still haven't refunded me, and we had to eat cereal at home. I called the bank this morning and they said there was no refund initiated. We are a family of four and on a budget, ordering take out is a luxury we don't often get to indulge in and with me being six months pregnant, this experience ruined our night. If you're out of product, don't take the order! And if you cancel, give people their money back. I had to open a case against them with my bank to have my money returned.We will not be giving them another try in the future due to their poor handling of this situation.Edit: they also have their Facebook locked from posting negative reviews, pictured below.Edit #2: it is now Tuesday and they have charged me a second time for disputing the charge with my bank on Sunday! I was told that because this is a merchant issue, I have to wait 3-5 days for a resolution. This is ridiculous.

My friends and I are obsessed with this place! The food is genuinely so good, and we can typically get two meals out of one of their bowls!I love all of the different options and I have always experienced really friendly service. HIGHLY recommend.
Very mediocre. Protein portions very small and rice isn’t even sushi rice. Salmon wasn’t very good either. Would not come back.

I really enjoy the food at this establishment and I've been here several times but the worker who made my friend and I's roll was EXTREMELY rude. I was genuinely scared he was going to act out, I was being very nice and never did anything to receive that treatment. Very disappointed, hopefully it gets sorted out soon.
