It’s very important when a customer asks for a substitution that the recipe is followed. Some customers have dietary restrictions. I understand you were willing to replace my order. This is not a reasonable solution when I trusted it was made as ordered and am over two miles away. Place a star or highlight changes so the person who makes the smoothie (while rushing), will be aware of recent changes.

I made an order for pick up at Pulp, it’s on my route and since I ordered it around 15:40, knowing I wouldn’t get there til around 16:00, I just knew I wouldn’t have to wait in line. The Pulp on W Market and Sand Run has a fridge for pickup orders, I expect no less from other locations.

Anyway, I arrive around 1600, maybe 1602. I go in, as soon as I approach the counter the young lady at the counter says “I’ll be with you in just a moment.” I look around to see if the pick up fridge has eluded me as I am on a schedule and don’t have years to wait for her to replace ice and cups and do whatever else she decides NEEDS to be done at that very moment. There’s 4 ppl behind me as this goes on. The smoothie was great but I didn’t order ahead to wait in line as if I didn’t. It took 5 minutes to get my pick up order. That’s ridiculous.

I love this Pulp location. Staff are always friendly, quick and deal with my complex protein packer order. 🙏

Took all of the orders of the customers in front me and then made me wait 10 minutes to ask me what I wanted. I was picking up my order that was already finished and waiting for me. Why couldn’t they have just asked me? I was next in line and I was the last person in the line. No one else behind me. 3 girls working and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to hand me my order. Lousy service. Foods great though.

This is my favorite pulp to go too but today I did NOT like it and there was a long piece of hair , when I got like half way through my smoothie , that was disgusting , threw the rest away , wish I would’ve seen it eariler

Had the worst experience at this location was not remorseful or willing to fix anything was very disappointed with their customer service and their orders. Will not come back to this location again.

This location, chicken ceasar wrap was horrible. It seems like they just made 2 wraps I bought, with nothing but cheese. My smoothie was also very bland.

A little slow today and there was a black hair on my bowl that very well could have been in my food. I know most businesses are getting lax on hair nets but it’s not a good look. Love this place and will continue to go here. Just gotta be careful. Love y’all tho!

Love the way it smells in here and how bright it is in here and the vegan cookies! The smoothies are good too!
