We decided to give red lobster another try based on the hoopla I been seeing on the socials and we were highly disappointed. The young lady that greeted us (after she scurried from somewhere in the back) was not very welcoming so I set the bar low for the rest of the experience. The restaurant itself is very dark even sitting at a window booth and the decor is outdated. Our waitress/bartender Cassandra is the only reason I’m giving it a 2 and she seemed overwhelmed doing double duty while being friendly and professional. The so called seafood boil was unflavored with too much garlic and over loaded with potatoes I guess to hide the small portion crab legs and lobster we received. The only good things was the biscuits.

The restaurant was spotless — seriously one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever been to. From the dining area to the bathrooms, everything was fresh and well-maintained, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
Our server, Kaylee, was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
