The past few times I've ordered from this location the food has been subpar at best. The soup is typically watery with next to no flavor. The portions have shrunken and the prices just keep going up. What happened to the Rockne's from 20 years ago where the portions were overflowing? Today was the last straw. I tried to call in a pick up order and was put on hold for well over 20 minutes. Was hung up on multiple times and kept going back into the call in que. I've had enough with this location. I never have any issues at the location in Fairlawn. At this point the Cuyahoga Falls location needs to do the same as the Stow location and close its doors for good. I will NEVER go back to this location. If a friend ever wants Rockne's I'll make the drive to Kent or Fairlawn. This place has done nothing but go downhill and its absolutely pathetic. Here's an idea how about you hire some people if you can't actually run a restaurant. There's other options out there and I'd much rather eat from a restaurant that doesn't take advantage of its customers. Good bye Rockne's in Cuyahoga Falls, I'll see you again when they officially close the doors.

Food is decent, we haven’t been disappointed yet. Portions are really big, enough to split if you’re not super hungry. I really enjoy the salads and my husband always gets a burger. Only negative is the music in the bar area is coming from what sounds like a tiny radio somewhere and it’s super irritating.

We called in and placed an order for pickup. The order was picked up, taken back to our office, and was missing an entire meal. We called and they said they had found the missing order. Went back, waited for the missing side to be made, picked up the whole order, and got back to the office. All three meals were ice cold. We won’t be ordering from here again. -A local business

Our waiter was CORAY and he was amazing he refilled asked he was prompt. He was polite and he was happy. I would recommend asking for him.

Absolutely the best Rueben sandwich. It literally melts in your mouth. I come here on my yearly trip and it’s always so hard to decide what to get because they have so many selections I love. Texas Turkey Club, Rueben, Souvlaki Salad, or their gyro. Only thing I wish they’d bring back is their bread bowls. Awesome service, excellent environment.
I stood in the front for 20 mins waiting with no customer traffic . Finally I called and asked could I seat us or should I just go? The lady came out angry at the unprofessional behavior of staff. Only to find them huddled up joking in a corner booth. I no longer felt comfortable so we got our food and left. You get a lot for your money. But I will never go back.

We had such a great experience at Rockne’s tonight. Everything from the food to the service was spot on.
A special shoutout to Colleen D, who took care of us at table #33 (check 322). She was so friendly and welcoming — possibly the best server we’ve ever had, and definitely the best we’ve had post-COVID. She was great with our toddler too, which made the night so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us.
The food came out fast, tasted fresh, and the staff overall seemed really on top of things. It’s not always easy to find a place that feels this comfortable for families, but Rockne’s really hit the mark.
We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, Colleen!
