Ordered food in the app before noon sat in drive thru for at least 35 min got to window was told they had to remake one of the drinks was handed the food 3 jalepeno pockets ice cold and rock hard ! Cafe late was cold and other 2 drinks were as ordered this place is absolutely ridiculous then they give us a card value up to 4 dollar s how bout wait till people get up to window before making the food and hot coffee NEVER AGAIN

First, I see a lot of reviews on here which are for the standalone state rd Starbucks across the street. That place is much better and the staff is friendly. This location and review is for the Starbucks inside Giant Eagle.
Today, I had 6-7 small items (sushi, lunch meat, bread) in a mini cart and wanted to get a coffee so decided to check out here as well. The two girls behind the counter were looking at their phones and laughing/talking to each other. It was 230p so no one in line and no one waiting for drinks, literally not one person. One of them steps up and says "oh, everything in your cart too?" I said "yea, it's only a couple things. Many people do the same because there is an exit here and I'm getting coffee." She responds "just go up to the front. It's too much". If I would've had more time I would've had a longer convo but decided to walk away.

On 9/8 Placed mobile order for pickup at State Rd shop. Went to pick up at drive thru. Little to no in-store customers, 6-7 cars ahead in line, waited close to 40 minutes (not an exaggeration). Drinks were barely warm from sitting. No apology for the wait. Would have been fine with “we’re sorry for the wait…understaffed, equipment problem, etc”. Asked for a small cup of water at the window, which took MAYBE 30 seconds to get. I was told (more like scolded) “next time let us know at the order speaker instead of at the window.” Been on average a twice a week long-time customer, but my Starbucks patronage has decreased because of the prices Decided as a treat with daughter to order drinks. Poor service issues that happened today pretty much sealed the deal on me not returning as a customer.

When someone else commented the "meanest servers" they weren't kidding. Been here 3xs this month. The one young black girl was nice & very patient with my elderly mom, but I came alone next 2 xs and the senior white lady and a young girl were grumpy, unsmiling and pretty much seemed they both hated working here. And all I ever get is a tall, black coffee. I go up to the loft to drink and it's nice. My Americano was hot, good, so no complaints. Last time my blonde was just extra warm coming out of those thermos I don't care for. Wifi got cut off after an hour so be aware of that if you're still absorbed in something important. Gave 3 star average since it's hit or miss with service.

So this is the second time I’ve recently been given something off.I come grab this after work to take home to my GF. I get home and when. I pick it up, it feels light.This is a grande order in a grande cup, untouched. And the foam hasn’t settled so I know there’s even less in there than what’s showing.Am sad. I’ll stick to the morning crew or my trusted Howe Avenue one now ?
