this is the worst starbucks. poor service (customer service, efficiency, etc), poor quality drinks, poor atmosphere. go to any other location if you have to have starbucks.

I ordered a sweet cream cold brew with the foam on it. When I got it, there was no ice. There was no foam. And it was watered down. I believe they gave me a drink they made for someone else that didn't want it. It was terrible. If there was foam it was melted down. Not only that, but the person who we paid with was rude. She was eyed my sister for not giving her a larger tip. Never coming to this location again.

This place has a high turnover rate, but the baristas are genuinely very kind, and the customers rude. With the high turnover rate comes lots of new people, so it does normally take a long time to get your items. I find if you’re kind to them, they often do more for you either more cold foam on your drink or an extra cake pop! I love it!

The drinks are good that I buy but all Starbucks are so skimpy on the food they serve and that's at all of them Starbucks. Dunkin donuts don't skimp out they give you what you paid for that's cause I've worked for Dunkin donuts and what you pay is what you get

I come here almost daily and have for about a year. It’s always, always a long wait. The drive through is a nightmare. Mobile order ahead is the only way, and even then it can take 15+ minutes to get your entire order.

Do not order in that drive thru if you're worried about time. It took 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee. On the upside this is the first time I could drink it right away since it was not hot. Also, app wasn't updated so what I thought I would be able to order for lunch was now out which I had prepaid for. The person handing out the warm coffee was also collecting money. I think that's a bad practice, gross.

Been visiting this store for nearly 15 yrs, and today was the worse. Paid for a simple Americano in the app & it was going on 12 min & no call for my drink. Went up to bar & asked. Barista checked & asked if I ordered mobile. I said no, I ordered thru app at the bar. She didn't even bother to enquire about it just kept me waiting. Finally asked a guy who had been standing around with a broom & goofing off. He then started to make it. Mind you, they had no intention of even getting to my drink. I get they're busy, but why wasn't my drink even started 10 min prior & there was no one even ordering at the bar. No excuse. And to think Starbucks CEO is doing everything to provide better service. How about starting with efficient bararistas were are helpful, aware & attentive?

This location has deteriorated significantly from its outstanding past. Issues include cold breakfast sandwiches, expired products in the cooler, inconsistent coffee quality, filthy lobby tables, and dirty bathrooms. Additionally, be cautious of overcharging and request a receipt. If you're a Starbucks fan, consider visiting a different location for a better experience.

Apparently there is a new policy that people using the cafe must order within 5 minutes of coming in. Several customers were approached and asked if they placed a mobile order or were waiting on something. Starbucks rushing patrons to order overpriced coffee was not in my 2025 bingo card lol
