Waited in line for 22 minutes from the time of my order. They tried to hand me a 4$ gift card, which is just a slap in the face. Mean income in ohio is around 28/hr. And the store took up like a quarter of an hour to make a drink, anyone stopping in would expect 10 minutes to be extremely long - but 22? What can you buy at starbucks for $4 in 2025? My drink cost over $7. My time is more valuable than a $4 gift card, and money doesn't make up for poor service. What I want is to know reliably it won't be a half hour wait for a cup of coffee. I am a regular at many local starbucks and have never waited over 20 minutes for a drink. Meanwhile, I bet they're keeping their drivethru times nice and low (the only thing stores seem to care about these days). The new CEO mentions wanting to create a nice environment inside, but it's just a drivethru order factory. Only people sitting inside are the people waiting over 20 minutes for their drinks, not hanging out... I don't recommend walking inside here, the drivethru will be about 5x faster. I recommend district managers and store managers care about people who walk in. No, I don't have more or unlimited time to wait.

i only ever go through the drivethru, but my order is always completed and given to me in 10 minutes or less, regardless of the line! the workers are always so friendly and polite and my drink is always done perfectly. ordering is super easy and they always make sure its correct. the only location i trust to make my iced chai latte right ☺️

What’s the difference between placing a mobile order and ordering at the speaker? They’re so rude! I don’t want to hear that they’re frustrated that I placed a mobile order. This has happened multiple times at this location. I was the first person in line this morning. You shouldn’t need “12 minutes” to make my order when no one else is ahead of me yet. Work on your customer service skills

Ordered a grande iced matcha latte with oat milk. When they handed me the cup I knew it was made wrong based on the color. Instead of a creamy light green it was a dark green. When I tasted it it was very bitter. They put too much matcha. There were even clumps of the powder around the cup.

I ordered a sweet cream cold brew with the foam on it. When I got it, there was no ice. There was no foam. And it was watered down. I believe they gave me a drink they made for someone else that didn't want it. It was terrible. If there was foam it was melted down. Not only that, but the person who we paid with was rude. She was eyed my sister for not giving her a larger tip. Never coming to this location again.

This place has a high turnover rate, but the baristas are genuinely very kind, and the customers rude. With the high turnover rate comes lots of new people, so it does normally take a long time to get your items. I find if you’re kind to them, they often do more for you either more cold foam on your drink or an extra cake pop! I love it!

The drinks are good that I buy but all Starbucks are so skimpy on the food they serve and that's at all of them Starbucks. Dunkin donuts don't skimp out they give you what you paid for that's cause I've worked for Dunkin donuts and what you pay is what you get

I come here almost daily and have for about a year. It’s always, always a long wait. The drive through is a nightmare. Mobile order ahead is the only way, and even then it can take 15+ minutes to get your entire order.

Do not order in that drive thru if you're worried about time. It took 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee. On the upside this is the first time I could drink it right away since it was not hot. Also, app wasn't updated so what I thought I would be able to order for lunch was now out which I had prepaid for. The person handing out the warm coffee was also collecting money. I think that's a bad practice, gross.
