I usually have a decent experience here. I make mobile orders along with my significant other and found there being some difficulty when the time we order forces us to do drive through with one car. I understand if I have to make another trip around in order to get both orders but the employee on the other line was super RUDE (around 11:20pm on 3/14/25) She said I’ll have to go around again, I said “okay, seems like a waste of gas but…” and then she cuts me off and proceeds to say “NOT MY PROBLEM.” I didn’t say it was. I understand the rules. But that did not warrant a snap back attitude when I didn’t even deny obliging. There was also no one in the line except us. This place has such a high turnover rate and obviously does not know how to hire for night shifts.

I tried to order an item. I started to say it but the screen changed so I did not catch the name. I said “ Can I have one Caliente? I don’t know what it’s called.” Instead of the employee trying to figure out what I wanted she rudely responded “ I need the name or you won’t get it”… I responded just forget it and pulled up for my order. I tried to explain at the window that the screen changed that’s why I did not finish the name but she was just nasty to me so I said please just give us are food I don’t want to talk. As I pull off with my wife and 10 year old and 7 year old in my vehicle she gives us the middle finger. 11:30pm on Friday February 28th 2025.

One of the faster Taco Bells in the area!
This location has been going down hill and fast, I live in the area and go to this location pretty often. Just nothing has been right everything is being made wrong, food is coming out the windows half wrapped if at all. I hate to say it but I will be finding a different location to go to.

Everytime I order from here it is always an issue with my food went last night ordered a veggie bowl with no lettuce, or cabbage, extra rice and with refried beam instead of black beans. When I got home I had a bowl of just lettuce and rice. Terrible. Then when you try to call they don't answer the phone. Customer service at this location is terrible. Our poor door dasher got screamed at by the girl in the window because they didn’t process our door dash order (we heard this while they were on the phone with us) and refused to make it. Really awful customer service, yeah it’s Taco Bell but that’s no excuse.

If there’s more than 3 cars move along. Consistently making 3-4 customers inside or in the drive wait 15+ minutes.

Not sure what is is with this area of Taco Bell’s and just not bothering to put meat on crunchwraps? And to top it off I’m asked to hand back the meatless slop of beans and rice like I’m gonna drive back up there in the snow at 2am to scam a Crunchwrap. Ghetto Midwest at its finest.

This place is like any other taco bell except one thing, I went in because I was in a rush and was hungry, I experienced a longer than normal wait time, I wasn't pressed about it as I could clearly see they were pretty busy and only had three or four people working. However the manager noticed my wait time and when he brought over my food he apologized for my wait and informed me that he had added extra food to my bag due to the longer than average wait time. You don't encounter very many people like this anymore nowadays, which is why I'm leaving this review. That really stood out to me. And I'm just thankful that there are still people out here that care like that.

My hubby went up there earlier today and got 1 burrito. Employee accidentally rang him out for somebody else's order and charged him $12. My husband didn't notice until a few hours later when he checked our bank account and seen the charge amount. When he went up there to see if they could do anything, they were more than willing to correct it. They worked with my husband and figured out a solution. We appreciate that so much! Thank you! Not many places would do that. We understand that accidents happen. Taking action to fix it when needed is what matters. That is what happened. Thank you!
