now this is not a five-star restaurant and that's not why it's getting a five-star. I give it a five-star because compared to every other Taco Bell in this area this Taco Bell in specific goes above and beyond the food is always quality and you get in and out quick with friendly staff in a clean building if you're looking for Taco Bell this is the one to go to

The food isn’t bad. It’s the service. The ignorance from some of the workers. How long it takes to sit in the drive thru because they’re so slow or fooling around. Best part is I ordered my food for pick up inside off of the app and AS SOON as I pulled up the worker inside seen and hurried over to lock the doors, it was 9:38 PM .. kind of a random time to decide to lock the doors .. just unprofessional. But hey it’s Taco Bell lol can’t ask for much

This is my go to Tbell now. The food is ALWAYS hot. They never mess up my order, and I get a lot of subs bc I'm vegetarian. The ingredients are always fresh, and the rice... never crunchy rice in my bean and cheese burritos. Thank you to everyone who works here, it doesn't matter when I order, the food is sooo good.

Worst Taco bell on earth! You would be better off driving to Mexico and back because that's how long your order will take. Then you will get 75% of what you ordered. This will happen every time. Honestly they need to just shut this location down! Save yourself the time and effort and go to a different location or don't go at all. I never expect much from a fast food chain but this place takes the cake. All around terrible location! 1 star is being polite.

We did a pick up mobile order last night. Half our order was missing. The rest wasn't done well. The quesadilla wasn't even cut properly and the Mexican pizza we ordered looked like it hadn't been heated properly. Cheese was not even melted on top. There was not allot of traffic in the drive thru and only one customer inside so they weren't that busy. I waited a good 15 minutes once I got there before collecting the order. We will not return to this location we'll go to Chapel Hill next time.

I usually have a decent experience here. I make mobile orders along with my significant other and found there being some difficulty when the time we order forces us to do drive through with one car. I understand if I have to make another trip around in order to get both orders but the employee on the other line was super RUDE (around 11:20pm on 3/14/25) She said I’ll have to go around again, I said “okay, seems like a waste of gas but…” and then she cuts me off and proceeds to say “NOT MY PROBLEM.” I didn’t say it was. I understand the rules. But that did not warrant a snap back attitude when I didn’t even deny obliging. There was also no one in the line except us. This place has such a high turnover rate and obviously does not know how to hire for night shifts.

I tried to order an item. I started to say it but the screen changed so I did not catch the name. I said “ Can I have one Caliente? I don’t know what it’s called.” Instead of the employee trying to figure out what I wanted she rudely responded “ I need the name or you won’t get it”… I responded just forget it and pulled up for my order. I tried to explain at the window that the screen changed that’s why I did not finish the name but she was just nasty to me so I said please just give us are food I don’t want to talk. As I pull off with my wife and 10 year old and 7 year old in my vehicle she gives us the middle finger. 11:30pm on Friday February 28th 2025.
