I've lowered my score to A1 these people are rude they shut their lobby early by 15 minutes and they've done this three times the drive-thru gets way backed up and they could care less about business and lose money at least mine not going here again go to Graham road they're much nicer and I believe they are a corporate store

The drive through is a TRIP. Prepare to wait at least 20 minutes, as they can only take one order at a time from ordering at the speaker to driving away. Don't go inside, it is a disaster. Workers are rude, will not acknowledge you, and make snide comments right to you. My daughter loves TB so we end up here about once a week. Have had three separate nightmare visits, where I have called to speak to a manager. No answer in the building. Emailed through the website, never a response. It is what it is.

Okay hash browns are a 7 out of 10 great on the crispy side but how are you about to sell hash browns and no ketchup I think Taco Bell is a unprepared breakfast thinking that they're going to do kind of place just saying FYI to the CEO or the owner or whoever runs the Taco Bell stuff we need ketchup not everything has to be taco sauce or mild sometimes you need some ketchup for your hash brown not no mild sauce not no hot sauce not no no Diablo I'm pretty sure I speak to the people when they say we need ketchup at Taco Bell #we need ketchup Taco Bell yeah and speaking for the people

Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells. Been here multiple times, everytime giving them another chance because my order is always wrong. Every time I return for it to be corrected only to be met with attitude and like I am the problem. All I want is the food I order and pay for. I'm not asking for much, they arnt huge orders. Just a basic order with forgotten or incorrect items. Show my receipt, get scoffs like I caused an issue. Very unpleasant customer service. I get things happen, but come on.
