TJ was such an amazing bartender! He is so personable with every guest and takes time to talk to them simultaneously as being attentive to the other bar guests needs. He also gives great attention to cleaning the bar for each new guest coming and going throughout his shift

This was by far one of the worst services I have ever had we had to ask repeatedly for our check and waited almost 45 minutes for our server to come back with it after she continued to take peoples orders around us one word RIDICULOUS. The food was subpar and when I asked for salad dressing I was informed that I had to go up to someone and ask for it. I’ve never been so disappointed in a restaurant experience I think McDonalds would’ve had better service.
1st time at the Basement! Has outside seating. Our waiter was on point!! Real nice kid. Next show at the Blossom, we'll be back . Killer wings and house sauce!! Pizza is delicious!!! Check it out!

The Basement was great. Our server was fantastic. We had a table of 8 and she was very attentive. The food came out promptly and was delicious. I'll definitely go back.
I didn't like that there is no name on the building over the main door on the parking lot side. We drove right past the building.
