This place is a disaster, their was garbage on the floor,mean bar manager,tables and chairs old and beaten, no ADA bathroom must climb many steps which was very hard on my disabled wife, also they ran out of napkins,we will never go back there. very poorly run.

All starts are for the views and location only. Consistently slow service (20 minutes to even grab our drink order and it was slow), over priced mid food, and blasting club music with every other word being the N word. If you’re a club, fine whatever, but why are you selling overpriced small dishes at an absolutely beautiful location then? I want to like you guys, I really do and have been here probably 5+ times hoping for improvements.

Nice lobby and good check in. The hotel is dated and worn out but clean. Carpet is wrinkled in our hallway and needs replaced. Parking is good and easy and the location is convenient to the down town area with some good options for dining . We returned to the room about 9 ready for bed and then realized our mistake, Cars, semis, motorcycles all sound like they are in the rooms. Then about 5;00AM was the first train that blew its horn multiple times. At 5:45 some exhaust fan or something started, I assume on the roof and you could feel the vibration in bed. It was a terrible night and we left the hotel exhausted.

Discovered this place years ago on a cross country drive NYS to Santa Fe, NM and now our favorite stop on our cross country drives. Clean, friendly and great night's sleep. Two restaurant choices (same menu) with reasonable wine list (loved the Gnarly Bush Chianti 2019 for $32 a bottle. Very Pet friendly with nice green public park adjoining hotel and lovely cascading waterfalls.

Great hotel, excellent location right off freeway, can walk to center of city, super friendly and helpful staff, rooms are very nice, bed was super comfortable, get a room room that over looks the river, well worth it

The whole wedding party stayed here! Everything was great ! Only issue was a small amount of rust on tub and a bit of mold on grout but other than that we loved the place. The bar was great and the shrimp and grits I had was amazing! Great river views. Never made it to the pool to busy with the wedding:). I found out our last day there that they offered massages. Maybe but a flyer or a book in the bedroom that tell’s about everything in the hotel.

Went for an extended weekend trip for a conference and brought the family along. Very nice hotel and large spacious lobby with glass elevators. Our 2 year old loved going up and down the grand staircase at the entrance. We got a free upgrade to a river view room with whirlpool tub which was great! Our 2 year old loved taking baths in the tub and also loved running around the spacious suite. Bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom was large. The breakfast buffet offers a nice spread and is tasty enough. The restaurant has an amazing view of the river and falls but menu is hit or miss. A couple items are delicious while some are not as good. Fitness center is clean and spacious. Pool is very large for a hotel pool and nice and clean. Our son loved swimming around in it. Lounge is okay, offers a lot of beverages but staff didn’t keep up with stocking it so everything was gone after the first night. Location is close to the interstate so easy to get to places. Also walking distance to restaurants across the street and Hi Ho Brewery one block away. There is a nice park right next door as well. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to Cuyahoga National Park. It was just a few miles drive to get to a parking lot where we could immediately get on the Towpath trail. A little pricy, but we would love to come back to stay again!

Amazing Experience!!! I needed adjoining rooms as I was travelling with my family . Melissa and Muril were so helpful in helping me with that reservation. The beds and linens are luxurious. You have real blankets and fat pillows. ( Not link the cheap blankets you see in most hotels. The suites are extremely spacious and my kids loved taking the glass elevator. 5 stars all around!!
Sadly, it is closed ?. I was very surprised to see this prime location is not being utilized. Someone needs to invest in reopening. You can't beat the location and views. So much potential here. I hope to someday revisit a booming Jetty reopening.

This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel. Really wonderful facility with beautiful views of the falls in Cuyahoga Falls. It sits next to the highway but you don’t hear it - just the roar of the falls below. You also can’t really see the highway. Surprisingly affordable and the restaurant is also very good with amazing views as it just out right to the edge of the river.

Very nice hotel in a trendy area. Rooms very spacious, very clean. Heater worked great. Check-in was busy but very prompt and friendly. Bedding was also very good, slept well. You can get a room with a view of the falls, or a city view. City view is quieter because there is a highway on the falls side. Fyi..we stayed Saturday to Sunday a.m and there were church bells clanging on Sunday a.m around 10. Didn't bother us though. Also, there is a bar/restaurant inside the hotel. Also a concession/snack area with ice cream and other snacks for purchase. My only negative is that the hot tub has been closed/covered up since our last visit. It's gone. It was one of the reasons we booked there. Pool looked nice.

Ive stayed at every hotel chain in the country. this sheraton was the worst. charging twice as much snd absolutely NOTHING worked. 2 tv’s ; neither worked. They couldn’t fix one and had to go to hone depot to PURCHASE another! Next day sink clogged. They couldn’t fix it The whole time the heat blew COLD air and it is so antiquated you werent even able to shut it off. O MG unbelievable Restaurant food expensive and bad! Everybody on the staff was very very nice but never never again. Waste of $$$$$. Back to red roof and best western!!!

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s been great. Clean, comfortable, updated, and friendly. We often use this as a stopover on road trips because it is pet friendly and spacious. Our last two stays, they “upgraded” us to one of their penthouse suites, which feels so run down compared to rooms we have stayed in before. There was not a single glass, plate, or utensil in the room, and cabinet doors missing. When we were placed there again, we were told that kitchen items could be sent up. When they arrived, they were filthy and had to be rewashed. We had to call for additional items which took 30 minutes, and this was all after a long day of driving and we were desperately hungry for the takeout we had picked up. I went to take a bath and the moldy drain had no tub stopper. For $250 a night, this really misses the mark. The staff are always very pleasant, but I’m not sure we’ll be back. :(
