I don't often leave negative reviews but have hopes that management will see this and it helps them out. This place has a lot of potential! I will consider removing the review once I know it has been viewed and responded to by management.
The scenary and atmosphere was very nice.
Drinks: for somewhat pricey drinks they were underwhelming. The old fashioned was 1/3 full, the other mixed drink with fruit was lacking the fruit, we had to ask for it after the fact.
Ribs: the ribs were so tough that i had a hard time cutting through to separate them and they had a tough texture and chemical taste. There were sauces listed on the menu so we got a few to try but the ribs and below mentioned pork were so sauced-up there was no way to try the others.
Mac and Cheese: it had a strong chemical taste and odor. I took one bite and couldn't eat more, sent it back.
Pulled pork: drowning in bbq sauce.
Salad: due to a food allergy it was asked for the eggs to be on the side. They were on top of the salad.
Service: it took about 5-10 mins for a server to come over. She was initially attentive but seemed bothered when we asked for the food that ordered that they forgot to bring out. I have also never been served ribs without a wet nap. We had to wash our hands in the bathroom.

It was honestly amazing! Great service so friendly and kind. It seemed that he actually liked his job and was helping us the whole time with a big smile and some jokes. The drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was high energy. The beautiful view l is to die for. I had a blast with my friends there and I am so this could be like a go to for me. The food was okay I had some sliders from the starter board which was okay the BBQ sweet sauce was really good. I won't make this my dinner spot just my after dinner spot to go have my drinks at. My friend raved about the salmon which I would say was a small piece but she said it was truly amazing! I highly recommend it and I can guarantee you will have fun there!

Amazing views of the river hands down best patio I’ve ever been too! Kayakers wildlife and the food!!! the cowboy candy and Brisket was amazing!!! The staff was very friendly absolutely love it 10/10

This place is a disaster, their was garbage on the floor,mean bar manager,tables and chairs old and beaten, no ADA bathroom must climb many steps which was very hard on my disabled wife, also they ran out of napkins,we will never go back there. very poorly run.

All starts are for the views and location only. Consistently slow service (20 minutes to even grab our drink order and it was slow), over priced mid food, and blasting club music with every other word being the N word. If you’re a club, fine whatever, but why are you selling overpriced small dishes at an absolutely beautiful location then? I want to like you guys, I really do and have been here probably 5+ times hoping for improvements.

Nice lobby and good check in. The hotel is dated and worn out but clean. Carpet is wrinkled in our hallway and needs replaced. Parking is good and easy and the location is convenient to the down town area with some good options for dining . We returned to the room about 9 ready for bed and then realized our mistake, Cars, semis, motorcycles all sound like they are in the rooms. Then about 5;00AM was the first train that blew its horn multiple times. At 5:45 some exhaust fan or something started, I assume on the roof and you could feel the vibration in bed. It was a terrible night and we left the hotel exhausted.

Discovered this place years ago on a cross country drive NYS to Santa Fe, NM and now our favorite stop on our cross country drives. Clean, friendly and great night's sleep. Two restaurant choices (same menu) with reasonable wine list (loved the Gnarly Bush Chianti 2019 for $32 a bottle. Very Pet friendly with nice green public park adjoining hotel and lovely cascading waterfalls.

Great hotel, excellent location right off freeway, can walk to center of city, super friendly and helpful staff, rooms are very nice, bed was super comfortable, get a room room that over looks the river, well worth it

The whole wedding party stayed here! Everything was great ! Only issue was a small amount of rust on tub and a bit of mold on grout but other than that we loved the place. The bar was great and the shrimp and grits I had was amazing! Great river views. Never made it to the pool to busy with the wedding:). I found out our last day there that they offered massages. Maybe but a flyer or a book in the bedroom that tell’s about everything in the hotel.
