Came in with my husband and son. They were not friendly when we came in, they sat us, then completely forgot we are here. No one has come to get our drink order and we've been sitting here for at least half an hour. My husband went up to get someone to come to our table and they are still neglecting us. I get that it is incredibly busy, but this kind of business should be able to deal with that. At the very least get our drinks. It is extremely unprofessional and rude to ignore a paying customer for so long. The place is loud (to be expected) but I cannot comment on the food because THEY REFUSE TO EVEN GET OUR DRINKS. Not worth it at all.

Dri texted me again tonight after a potential employee gave her the wrong number. I politely told her, she can stop texting me unless it was business related. Dri began to lecture me on how rude I was. I hope she is more understanding in person. I have been to The Workz before, can’t say I will ever be back or recommend this place to anyone.

Great place! Delicious food, attentive and friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

We had my grandson's birthday there last weekend and it was a great experience. He had so much fun! It's a cool atmosphere, the pizza was good, and -- most of all -- the staff was amazing! Very attentive and accommodating. Especially the manager!!! She went above and beyond to coordinate everything and make sure that everything was all set for the party. I definitely recommend them!!

Tables are small, very cramped, and service was pleasant and knowledgeable but slow, great food! Not too loud or crazy busy, which was nice.

Bad food bad service. Whatever the change in management is the place is going downhill. McDonald’s is better. Won’t return. Take your money elsewhere. Chuck E. Cheese perhaps

Really disappointed with my experience here. Our server, Ruby, decided to add her own tips. $50 on a $20 tab and another $20 on a $9 tab without my approval. I didn’t realize I had to hit “okay” after signing, which apparently left the screen open for her to do whatever she wanted. I guess that is on me for not closing it out myself, but it is shady and theft. I’ll take my loss and know to check next time.

The beer selection is solid, but the food isn’t anything to write home about. On top of that, people were smoking inside and the overall service was just terrible. Even with it being packed, I’ve been places that still provided decent service... Just not a place I’ll be coming back to. Lesson learned.

The place felt understaffed, loud, and messy. Hopefully it was just a bad day. The duckpin lane even broke, but they quickly fixed the problem.
