Bad food bad service. Whatever the change in management is the place is going downhill. McDonald’s is better. Won’t return. Take your money elsewhere. Chuck E. Cheese perhaps

Really disappointed with my experience here. Our server, Ruby, decided to add her own tips. $50 on a $20 tab and another $20 on a $9 tab without my approval. I didn’t realize I had to hit “okay” after signing, which apparently left the screen open for her to do whatever she wanted. I guess that is on me for not closing it out myself, but it is shady and theft. I’ll take my loss and know to check next time.
The beer selection is solid, but the food isn’t anything to write home about. On top of that, people were smoking inside and the overall service was just terrible. Even with it being packed, I’ve been places that still provided decent service... Just not a place I’ll be coming back to. Lesson learned.

This place has caused a steep incline of toxic waste in our water source. Pollution in the water full of dingy dirty oil. When I went there I asked for a draft beer and was given a cup of this old oil. I choked on it and no one came to my aid. I am facing health issues for the rest of my life. Like that mac and cheese though.
Update: I haven’t been here for a while, but recently returned and really enjoyed the line dancing — it was extremely fun and entertaining, and I absolutely loved it. However, I was disappointed to see that the establishment is not enforcing rules around vaping indoors. Several people around us were vaping, which was not only unpleasant but also illegal. It’s the responsibility of the venue to ensure that vaping does not occur inside, and I hope this issue is addressed moving forward.
This place is absolutely amazing. When you first walk in you think OK it’s just a restaurant with some arcade games. They have Duck Pin bowling. My son and I had dinner and played this mini bowling as we ate. You rent the space by time not by game. We rented it for 30 minutes at $15. It was quite fun and much easier than real bowling. We enjoyed a few of the games. Several of the games are similar to fair games not necessarily computer games like Pac-Man or anything. One game is a punching bag to see how hard you can punch my son and I had quite a lot of fun with that.

The Workz helped us host a Honeymoon bridal shower and it was an amazing event! Service was great by Dri, and event coordinator Khamisha was awesome. I highly recommend The Workz to host at for a special event. We had a fantastic pizza bar that was delicious. We had good food, drinks, games, and conversation flowing all night long! Also a really cool place for a date night. Thank you to the staff at The Workz!

The Doc treated all our ailments with great passion and fervor. We really appreciate the great attitudes and attention to detail. I recommend that everyone takes a load off at the Workz and makes some time for some games, fun, food and soul. God bless you all!

Outstanding venue to host an event at! The entire staff was incredibly accommodating to our vision, budget, and group size. Event Manager Khamisha, General Manager Michelle, and servers Ruby & Rachel were all amazing and helped make our class reunion for 50 people a massive success. The space was clean & nicely laid out, the food was fantastic, and the rates were fair. Thank you to The Workz!

Repeated Disappointment – Management Needs a Reset.
A couple of years ago, I brought my friend here for her birthday. We were met with confusion, missing games, one of our favorites broken, and a staff that seemed completely unaware of what was going on. Even the food was forgettable. We left and said we’d never come back.
Fast forward to the Irish Festival - I gave them a second chance. Outside The Workz, staff were offering a promotion: $3 shots with a ticket for 30 minutes of arcade play per drink. I got four tickets and went to redeem them. Inside, a woman named Michelle -who seemed to be in charge- publicly interrupted her own employee, questioned the promotion, and created a tense scene right at the counter. Multiple team members told her it had been going on all day, but she ignored them and shut it down on the spot.
Then she stopped me at the door for carrying a mason jar of *non-alcoholic* fresh-pressed lemonade from the festival, saying I couldn’t bring it in because they “sell lemonade too.” Seriously?
That was enough. I handed the arcade cards back and walked out. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy both then and now is consistent- and that’s the problem.
-Tip for future guests: Don’t expect clarity, working games, or customer service- If you're looking for a stress-free place to enjoy with friends or family, The Workz just isn’t it.
