Twisted Tomato Pizzeria

Tried their pizza for the first time last night and it was so good. Got a medium mac n cheese pizza and a medium sausage and pepperoni pizza. They were top notch! So filling. My order was ready in the quoted 20 mins when I got there. So nice to try a new pizza place by me.

As a long time customer of 3 years, I really enjoy the service, your order is ready when promised for pickup, delicious sauce, great calazones, respectable price, decent chicken, amazing subs, and friendly staff. I come from West Virginia so our chicken and taters are different here...I always go to you guys when I come in it's the best chicken and Joe's Joe's...not to greasy just right...thank you guys 🫵🏼🤟🏻🫶🏼

I ordered from another location and when I went to pick the order up they were closed early. I called the Cuyahoga Falls location to see what happened. The manger Q was able to help and get my order done for me there. Great service!!

There are plenty of great places to get pizza and wings in this area, and unfortunately I won’t be returning to Twisted Tomato on Bailey Rd. I placed an order for wings and pasta. The pasta was delivered, but the wings were missing. The driver went back to get them, but after 30 minutes I called the restaurant and was told they had to remake the wings. I spoke to the manager and asked for some kind of credit to acknowledge the mistake, but I was told they “can’t give me the meal and then a credit.” The wings finally arrived about 40 minutes late. It’s not the mistake that bothers me—it happens. It’s the lack of customer care or effort to make it right. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
