Amazing food other than one small detail. Got the garlic butter wings. There was so much butter and not enough garlic. First wing I ate tasted like an oily wing.The other wing sauce I got the cajin garlic were phenomenal! Right amount of spice and sauce.Food was hot when I picked up and cooked well.Will not be going back, at least for wings.Went back tonight and got raw wings. Tried calling to get this fixed and no one answered the phone. It is 8:41pm so they are open.

Food is good but didn’t get half of our order. Raviolis and shells were delicious tho shells were cold but it being winter I’m not too surprised. Had ordered a custom calzone and lava zone. Shells and cheese, fried ravioli and bread bites. They refunded the lava zone since we didn’t get it but a person didn’t get a meal because of it. We had drove the extra 30 minutes to go to another location because we have had issues with the Akron location more than once. Won’t be trying it again. Stow which is 40 minutes away has been no problem but rarely end up nearby.

I was a HUGE dummy tonight and put in an order at Twisted Tomato. I ordered a bunch of food, pizza, calzone, fries, etc. It ended up being a pretty penny, but for the amount of food I ordered it was fair. The only problem was I selected pick up instead of delivery. I waited around for a few hours wondering where my food was until I noticed my mistake. I called the store, and talked to the manager. The store was about to close and she was so kind to send one of her people out to deliver my food even though I was the one that made the mistake. Please give this store your business. They deserve it. Not only is the customer service beyond excellent the food is great, and they are always consistent. 1000% recommend.
Ordered online, was fairly versatile and user friendly. Website was super enticing. I wanted 1 of everything! Usually on game days we'll grab one of those Wagon Wheels and have them shake it up nicely for us, then ad a few things. Them jumbo wagon wheels are so good. One piece can fill you up. I got some pics I will add on here later on when I warlmm
I would compare this to any frozen pizza you buy in the grocery store. I ordered a think crust well done and what I got a was a doughy floppy mess that was overloaded with cheese and greasy beyond comprehension. I ordered pepperoni and there were chunks of pepper in the pizza. just was so bad. I ate a slice and threw the rest away. I can't remember the last time I ordered a pizza this bad

Ordered pizza on a Friday and was told a 1 hour delivery time (fairly normal). At the 2 hour mark I drove up to the store (we live about 5 minutes away) and was told it was out for delivery. After going home and waiting 20 more minutes we cancelled the order. Last week I ordered and was given a 25 minute wait time. Pizza showed up over a hour late. Pizza is alright, but they really need to hire more drivers or at least give realistic delivery times.
Ordered a pizza tonight and they said it be at our place in 30 minutes. We didn't get it until 2.5 hours later. Not even an apology or a discount. Just a tough luck. If they could have advised us it would take longer than usual from the get go it be different but they never did. We didn't get the delivery until we threatened to cancel and then it came 19 minutes later. We used to order here all the time but never again after tonight.
