I like the food but the customer service is not satisfactory. Wish they were more friendly. They do nothing to earn a tip. You return your own dishes. I feel like this place takes their customers for granted.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I ordered the chicken dish with rice and a side of plain noodles from Umami Noodles in Cuyahoga Falls, and unfortunately I was really disappointed. The noodles were extremely salty almost like they were just covered in soy sauce with no real flavor. The chicken tasted like it was drenched in a store bought sauce, and even the rice wasn’t good. For the price I paid, the quality just wasn’t there. The customer service also wasn’t great. I didn’t mention the food being bad to them, but the overall interaction just felt unwelcoming and not worth the money I spent. Overall, the meal really missed the mark for me, and I wouldn’t order it again.

First time trying this place. Customer service could have been way better. The guy who took my order didn’t say hello and when I asked the young lady for soy sauce she looked at him and gave me a few packs. After I said thank you she didn’t respond. Food was okay, good customer service is very important to me. Not sure if I’ll go back !
This place is a really wonderful spot. A nice and focused menu, a cool vibe inside, and consistently delicious food -- even to go. Cannot recommend this place enough.10/10

Service and prices were fine, but the food was mediocre. I had the grilled chicken ramen, and while it was okay, it wasn't as good as other ramen I've had. It just didn't have as much flavor, and it had way too much cilantro in it.
