One star I come in the staff looks at me. I stand there for seven minutes. No one even offered to help. I get this a lot through fast foods for some reason when you’re paying cash they don’t want your money why I don’t use the kiosk. Be nice to talk to somebody you know let’s not live our lives around the computers and digital.
I’m hungry gotta go somewhere else

Drive through speaker was down, sl service was slower but the staff kept a positive attitude about everything. Food was fresh and accurate

I gave this a low rating due when going to the restroom in the stall on the toilet dispenser what looked like plastic gloves or condoms. Wasn't going to touch for sure. Just plain gross. Then outside the trash was over flowing. If I was managing this place I would be ashamed. Plus toilet paper strewn around on the floor. Looked like no one cleaned it or checked it for a whole day or so.

Passing thru for food on our way home, Ordering the food was smooth! Once it was time to pay, I sat at the window for 15mins before anyone even came to take the payment! She didn’t greet me just told me my total! Than handed me my card back with no receipt or I would have just called corporate with my receipt number! I was handed my food and one drink and told to hold on, I then waited 5mins before my second drink was handed to me! Food was cold and unappetizing and my order wasnt even right! I definitely wont ever stop here again!

As an Ohio resident I was always partial to Wendy's. Recently the sandwiches have become the size of sliders, but the price has not been reduced at all. It was shocking the first time I unwrapped a sandwich. I thought it was a mistake so I went back again and was served the same sliders. Good luck with your business. I'll never be back.

3/5 of the atmosphere only because the inside could’ve been more clean. It would be helpful if a cleaning crew were available to assist the workers just in case people wanted to dine in. The staff were so sweet but I personally wouldn’t want anyone to have to clean then make & prepare my food in that type of busy environment causing cross contamination.
