Just place an order online to pick up, went to pick the order wasn’t ready on top of that service was bad and they give me the order wrong and they have an attitude. Where is the customer service.

Super friendly staff. Prosperous serving size. Top notch wings and boneless wings. Does have a small dining area on the side to eat in. Very affordable on a per person basis. Highly recommend!

Remembered why I do no get normal wings here. Pizza places do it better. The skin felt like I was chewing off a deflated balloon covering the minuscule amounts of meat.
Very specifically these are defrosted poorly, forced to quickly defrost, fried in a low temp fryer or so many wings were put in a basket they didn’t fry right and tanked the temp
The place with wing in its name should be able to fry a wing. And I love wings, favorite comfort food. and I like boneless there but my lord these need treated better. All I know is either I’m done here or I’m never getting bone in again

Ordered online. Merchant said they never received my order. Online took money off my card. Merchant was no help in trying to offer me assistance. A phone number to coorporate or anything. Still have to wait 7 days for a refund all because they decided to not take my order but took my money in the first place. I would recommend always taking a card to swipe so you don’t get your lunch taken and money stolen to have a peace of mind! Especially if nobody from the store is going to assist.

I took advantage of the 20 wings for $20. I I chose the extra cook time option for the wings and fries. Some wings were a little I was surprised because I've chosen the extra cook time on a previous order and they weren't dry. I did however enjoy the ones that weren't so dry. I chose lemon pepper as a seasoning and I could barely taste the seasoning on some of them.
The fries were cooked perfectly. Next time I won't choose the extra cook time and maybe I'll choose a different flavor ☺️
The employee who helped me was friendly. I'll definitely be back!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE! The lady refused to help my husband for some reason, helped people that came in AFTER him. Ordered 3 types of wings, all were throw in together in one container , so all the hot sauce was on my garlic parm. Also, they SIT on the counters where the food goes!!! Gross!!!! If you check the cameras about 630 pm on Sunday Aug 10th, youll see someones butt right where the orders sit. Gross!!!!

The wings and drinks are really good, but the service is painfully slow. One time I ordered ahead through the app and still had to wait over 30 minutes. It happens a lot. If they fixed the speed, this place would be great.
Me and my wife went there as she was craving some wings we waited about 30 mins which i had no problem with but i got home after a Long day at work she got only 4 wings instead of the 8 she ordered i got the classic mild tenders instead i got spicy ones very disappointed with our first time at wings stop

The counters were sticky. Flies were flying all over the lobby. The employees didn’t address me until 10 minutes after I walked in and the man that FINALLY helped me was annoyed and rude. The customer service and sanitary upkeep of this place need to be improved. I will not be coming back.

First time customer
I ordered a 6 piece bone in wing combo well done and of course I got the opposite of what I asked for. I specifically said WELL DONE. The older guy who was taking the orders was getting very agitated with a guy who was waiting on door dash orders. He continued to get smart with him and he kept looking at him as if he was gonna fight the dude smh. He was very ignorant to him. So unprofessional!!!!

Fries were cold and barely cooked, even tasted sweet for some reason. I got two different flavors of wings to try and like many comments below hardly any damn sauce or seasoning on them! Plus they mixed all of them and stuffed it into one small container. This place is a joke, do not order from here!
