They take too long with the order. They talk amount themselves and not do our order and take longer and we had to wait 20 minutes after the time they gave us. They have you wait longer than the time they gave you and they do not pay attention and they talk and laugh and take brakes if it’s busy or if they have many orders.

This place is unfortunately better than most when it comes to bone in wings. BUT PLEASE CLEAN THE PLACE. IT SO SO UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING. NO WAY IT PASSES A INSPECTION. bone in wings are a nice size I can't complain there.

Their restaurant is not fit to serve food and they do not understand how to manage a restaurant in any fashion.
Fay, the general manager, called me from a private number to cuss me out for contacting customer support.
The situation is I ordered a 20 piece wing and fries that said estimated wait time of 35 minutes and it took over 1 hour and a half. I tried to cancel my order at the counter but they would not allow me to. So of course I contacted customer support.
She started yelling on the phone about how I have no idea what I am talking about and cussing and made sure to use all of her favorite colorful words.
I would rather go to the Walmart Deli than ever go to this Wingstop again.
Parking: Tight parking in front, very dirty lot.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible whatsoever.
I had the 5 piece chicken tenders hot honey rub. The food was was cooked well and tender. I enjoyed the mix of sweet, and spicy. Workers were very demure. The food was fresh and hot, I didnt eat the food for 15 minutes straight and it was still warm. Whoever cooked my food deserves a raise. The ranch was very flavorful and it melts in my mouth. I recommend trying this if you haven't yet.

What kind of food place doesn't have napkins? Glad that you have wet wipes but napkins are need too. Get some. Put them out for people. Put them in their orders too. And obviously you need a bigger kitchen. 1 hour wait times is crazy.

i have been to this location multiple times, and i am not one to complain, but i consistently have issues with this place. i just waited there for my food for around an hour. in the past ive had them get my order wrong and have waited way past the wait time it says on my app. i understand being busy, but if i am waiting there for an hour, it's insane.
Man let me tell you I don’t ever leave bad reviews, and this is actually my first time doing so. But this place is absolutely ridiculous with the way it’s allowed to run it’s actually laughable. The employees are incredibly slow and extremely rude. They will literally yell at and argue with customers…It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. You will be waiting quite literally an hour for wings which should only take around 12 min to cook from raw, your order will probably be incorrect or missing stuff, and the staff will fight with you if you try and tell them they messed up your order like they are bothered by the fact that you are there. I understand that everywhere is understaffed but the way this establishment is allowed to run is insane and whoever is in charge should be ashamed.

Not bad! Food’s always solid when ordering take-out, 90% of my orders were ready at the promised time, and most of the staff is usually friendly. Location and parking lot are hot garbage, but this is my go-to Wingstop.

I have been waiting in place for 50 minutes, and I just ordered a f 8 boneless pieces in a small combo, how long can that take to make, first they told me 25 minutes, then after waiting 35, I asked again and said it will be ready in f 15 minutes more! That’s bullsht, I’m hungry af and pissed, because it’s been now 55 minutes and I haven’t revived the f food, who tf knows when it’s gonna be ready

Was on time to pickup the order. Could see the order on the shelf behind the counter. Tried to get an employee to get it and they refused to even acknowledge me. Our food sat there for over 20 minutes while we waited for it. Got home and it was ice cold and there was a quarter of a serving of fries. They told us if we weren't happy it'd be an HOUR wait and they won't do a refund without all of the food present. Will never be ordering here again.

Good wings for sure Lemon pepper is the go to here. They also have the best ranch. I normally wouldn't dip my fries in ranch but Wingstop ranch goes good on almost anything.
