I did a mobile order and when I got home and checked and nothing was right. The only thing that was correct was my drink. I didn't get anything that ordered and usually they do a good job with mobile orders

We ordered using the app. It was very easy. Our meals were exactly as ordered and delicious. Staff was friendly and professional.

I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget meal. My fries were so cold I could’ve been convinced they were refrigerated. I also only got 9 nuggets, also cold. The staff seemed to be impatient that I put my frosty keytag on my keychain in the drive thru with no one behind me, as I could hear them complaining and all looking out the window. Glad I’m not a local, as I will not be returning

The food was terrible it was cold and the chicken nuggets looked and tasted like they had laid around and dried out! Very disappointed! Worse meal ever

The 2 ladies working the second drive through window at noon on 10/30/24 are quite rude. First when placing my order the lady interrupted me 3 different times, if she just shut up she would hear that I want it a single, medium, with a coke. Then at the window I asked for salt and ketchup. She handed me the salt and 3 packets of ketchup. I asked if I could have a couple more ketchup, she got at attitude and grabbed an entire handful of ketchup (15 packets) and all but threw them at me.
