The 2 ladies working the second drive through window at noon on 10/30/24 are quite rude. First when placing my order the lady interrupted me 3 different times, if she just shut up she would hear that I want it a single, medium, with a coke. Then at the window I asked for salt and ketchup. She handed me the salt and 3 packets of ketchup. I asked if I could have a couple more ketchup, she got at attitude and grabbed an entire handful of ketchup (15 packets) and all but threw them at me.

I frequent this location. Service has always been spotty when it comes to worker attitudes. Some workers are personable and others just aren't social, which is fine, I don't expect service with a smile. Today I had by far the worst experience I have had with someone in the service industry. I made the mistake of pulling to the second window and not the first, mainly because their first drive through window isn't typically open. The cashier opens the window stating First Drive Thru Window, First! Nothing like being shamed for making a honest mistake. I quickly apologized. Unfortunately I already handed her my card or I would have just driven off. If someone has thay much difficulty managing their temper they don't belong in customer service. I have brain fog from chronic health issues and was made to feel like such an idiot that I started crying. Lovely way to start my day. Please speak to this employee. What if she does this to someone hard of hearing? Again, we make mistakes. Sorry walking all of 10 feet ruined your morning, but your treatment of me ruined my entire day.
