North is an incredible chef, the atmosphere was incredible and their new location was great for the 4th of July! The lemonade was definitely something to write home about and my girlfriend got the sliders and she loved them. Will definitely be coming back!

The clerk is very rude , food very over priced . The clerk didnât get my order right I had to wait a extra 10 min for my original order customer service is terrible I asked for suggestions n he shrugged his shoulders and said what I like n what u like is different . This was my first and last time here he could have atleast gave a suggestion for it being the first time me coming .

Amazing food at Agnes Eats! The plantains are the best Iâve ever hadâperfectly seasoned and made fresh from scratch. Every dish transports you to the islands with its authentic flavors. Highly recommend!

Update: This place has gone to hell since they left the Dayton mall. They barely greet you when you come in, I ordered Rasta pasta and something else and when I get my food I saw what I ordered and PAID for wasnât in the bag. So I called up there and the mf who answered said they didnât have it, SO THATS WHY YOU CALL PEOPLE AND LET THEM KNOW SO THEY CAN CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE RIGHT? Poor customer service, the food is not as good as it use to be. Work on that crappy customer service, and communication and get the old recipe back cause ts is disgusting now. DONâT RECOMMEND, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

I tried to give Agnes another shot from the last time I visited said maybe they were having a bad day. Now today when my husband and I came in I was set in on what I wanted an order of oxtails mac n cheese and cabbage. Well the guy who was at the cashier suggested I get the oxtails and cabbage however I stated that I cannot eat rice so he said we can give a double order of cabbage instead of the rice with side mac n cheese cool so I ordered the samething twice...get home and I am completely baffled bc rice was all through my order!! My husband called to let the same guy who took our order know...he first said they were out so my husband asked could they replace it and he said they were out so how about tomorrow he said to bring it back...this is our dinner might I add this is the same guy who is dry when he talks to you and his customer service is out the window. I'm so disappointed bc I sent over 50.00 and now have to scrape the rice from my cabbage and oxtails. If you're looking for great customer service you're not going to get it here...just the run around literally!!! This is it 1st time shame on them this time shame on me..they lost on customers because I am leaving a BAD review would have gave 0 stars.

No rating for the service or atmosphere since I only popped in for pickup but I can say the food is outstanding! The jerk chicken is delicious, the oxtails are so flavorful and tender, I can't help but think the rest of the menu is just as good.

We have been to this establishment several times over the past few years and the food has made a terrible decline! First off, we ordered oxtail bowls only to have 3 bones a piece! That is insane. The rice was hard and Rasta pasta was bland and overcooked. Please get it together.
I was the first time customer there. The customer service was terrible. The gentleman at the front counter definitely had poor customer service. I really wanted to walk out at the moment, but I was just just trying to get some good oxtails.. The rice was hard. and there was roaches in the building when I decided to dine it . I tried to call management to prevent the bad review but to bring awareness. I received a non chalant response. I will not be a returning customer.

In the past week, I have visited Agnes 4 times to get their turkey burgers on coco bread. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 times they were âsold outâ. We are about to break up Agnes. I have rocked with yâall ever since yâall were in the 111 building on the corner of Ludlow & First. Followed you to the Wright-Dunbar District. Then the Dayton Mall, all the way to your current location on Third Street. Because my kids love your turkey burgers and you are black owned are the only reasons I keep attempting to support, but if you always sell out of what we like, I donât see the point in continuing to be in relationship with you. I hate that I have to even write this review. I have called to check and see if you have turkey burgers before I make my ride downtown but no one answers.
