Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waiter was friendly. Food was not very good tho

The half-price appetizer was not very good. Chicken chunks' buffalo style was small and seemed old. My sister said the artichoke spinach appetizer seemed watered down. She didn't eat the appetizer. I had margaritas, and it was good but cost $13.00 or more dollars. Prices aren't on the menu. I enjoyed my relatives as I was coming from out of town.

Applebees was amazing! Zachariah made the difference, swift orders, comedic relief and all around a fun guy to talk to. Kept our drinks coming all night long and made sure the vibe of our 8 person group was happy and well served.
Was sad to see that the outside lights were turned off, couldn’t tell they were open, Zachariah was unhappy to hear this as well because there was 12 patrons in store. After this experience I was saddened to think People in Kettering may not even know how good their experience could be at Applebees.
I will be returning hopefully to be Served by Zachariah.

An order for pickup was called in and was given a time it would be ready in a half an hour. Arrived and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. And it wasn't hot. And they were not busy at all. I'll still go to Applebee's, just not this one anymore. If they can't get their act together I'll drive farther just so they don't get my money.

This Applebee's should be closed down, honestly. I like Applebee's, but this one consistently is not open when they state that they are but will continue to accept payment for orders despite not actually being open.

Hostess and waitress was super sick. This place should really have the health department check this out. Not acceptable to have your waitress stuck servicing food while actively coughing and runny nose. I did my servsafe testing and I can say this is not okay! Wish we just left but already ordered food before realizing.

When we first walked we noticed a heavy set girl at the bar talking causally to a customer we stood at the hostess counter for about 5mins before the girl at the bar came over and asked us where we would like to sit then we sit down and we have a waiter and she is supposed to be training somebody which she did a horrible job at I order the spicy chicken with fries well sad to sad the fries was lukewarm warm my lady order the cheddar bacon chicken sandwich with an upgrade to waffle fries and she got all of 6 waffle fries with her sandwich overall experience was horrible we will never come back to this location

Was there 11/4 besides the fact they were Way! Understaffed, lost a lot of business at the door when people were showing up and turning and leaving because of the grouchy lady that was the greeter, anyway,, I ordered a 19$ medium well Sirloin, it literally looked like a burnt hockey puck, I didn't want to complain, nobody there looked happy with their job, and I did say medium well, lol gave it a 2 star, the fries weren't bad..

Malcom was wonderful!! I'll be back.

The staff was complaining loudly and publicly about a member that called it that night. The table they sat us at was extremely sticky and the food was very lack luster. The drinks were also missing a few touches.
