Applebee's has been a disappointing experience everything is just so greasy no matter what you order dry greasy food the salad was good alcohol beverage what's good but outside of that it's dark it's cold the food is not that great your servers are very good

We went for a sunday lunch. Excellent fulfilling Salads; the warm bred stick was a nice touch. The service was very good and the food came out pretty quick.

I ordered my favorite, blackened shrimp Alfredo. I was not made aware that they would not be putting in broccoli so I could have substituted with something else. So when I called the person acted like I should've known and did nothing to fix the situation. I will think twice before returning. I felt lied to and belittled.

Rosalind was slow! About 4 customers in building, took 1/2 hour to get food. Also ordered take out which we never received. Never come back. We go out to dine several times a week and this place is soooo slow. 11-10-25 at4:54pm. Got a duplicate receipt because we weren't waiting for take out. Should have been ready! Will never come back

Waiter was friendly. Food was not very good tho

The half-price appetizer was not very good. Chicken chunks' buffalo style was small and seemed old. My sister said the artichoke spinach appetizer seemed watered down. She didn't eat the appetizer. I had margaritas, and it was good but cost $13.00 or more dollars. Prices aren't on the menu. I enjoyed my relatives as I was coming from out of town.

Applebees was amazing! Zachariah made the difference, swift orders, comedic relief and all around a fun guy to talk to. Kept our drinks coming all night long and made sure the vibe of our 8 person group was happy and well served.
Was sad to see that the outside lights were turned off, couldn’t tell they were open, Zachariah was unhappy to hear this as well because there was 12 patrons in store. After this experience I was saddened to think People in Kettering may not even know how good their experience could be at Applebees.
I will be returning hopefully to be Served by Zachariah.

An order for pickup was called in and was given a time it would be ready in a half an hour. Arrived and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. And it wasn't hot. And they were not busy at all. I'll still go to Applebee's, just not this one anymore. If they can't get their act together I'll drive farther just so they don't get my money.

This Applebee's should be closed down, honestly. I like Applebee's, but this one consistently is not open when they state that they are but will continue to accept payment for orders despite not actually being open.

Hostess and waitress was super sick. This place should really have the health department check this out. Not acceptable to have your waitress stuck servicing food while actively coughing and runny nose. I did my servsafe testing and I can say this is not okay! Wish we just left but already ordered food before realizing.
