Applebee's Grill + Bar

The price is very reasonable and if you go at times of deals it's even more reasonable. The drinks are ok but skip the holiday ones as they are very weak and the after taste is pretty bad but the cuervo-rita is the bomb. The burgers are tasty and the boneless wings are amazing and generous portions. The serving staff is very nice and pleasant. They check on you the right amount of times and never make you feel ignored or bothered. I eat there at least once a week but normally like twice a week. Highly recommend the Dorothy lane locale.

I wouldn't recommend this location, cleanliness, food and the service was poor. Long story short, I should have walked out as soon as I walked in, but, regardless of the service, I still remained pleasant and tipped the waitress, though I definitely could not eat my dinner. I was surprised to only see 2 cars there when I pulled in the parking lot today, now I think I know why.

The customer service was very poorly and the employees was disrespectful told us we had to wait two hour till we be sit and. There wasnt. Even a lot people there so when we sit down the lady serve two other people thet walk and after us 15 min later and we still wasn’t serve even the manager didn’t care about us wait but hopefully it a different way people need to go by things better attitude toward customers

We waited 10 minutes to be sat. No one even acknowledged us until a server across the room came over and sat us along with the line of customers that had accumulated. Our sever never acknowledged us, we sat there for another 7 minutes. He cleaned the tables around us. He looked past us, like didn't even look at us. So rude!

Would not recommend eating here. Used to come here very often and has gone down hill exponentially the past few years. The last time we came here we sat at the bar, got waters, before we could even order the amount of flies and fruit flies covering the counter and coming from behind the bar was disgusting. They were all over us and were constantly swatting them away. I can only imagine what is going on in the kitchen for it to be THAT bad out at the bar. We ended up walking out and going somewhere else. Go to a different Applebees.

There was one server and the manager who might have also been the cooks. Our food obviously sat in the window for a while. It wasnt very busy, but it seemed to take a long time. Our drink refills didn't come out until after we were finished eating, and they were wrong.

We've been to this location on and off for the last 3 years and it has gotten progressively worse.

If I could give Applebee's zero stars I would. We went in, there we only two tables with customers so it most definitely was not busy. We waited at the door for almost 10 minutes. There was a waitress that was right there. She never acknowledged us or said a word to us. We left and we have no intentions of returning. Worst possible customer service.

We stopped here for dinner, but didn't get so far as to be sat at a table. Not because they were too busy, but because there was no one at the host stand. We stood in the doorway for nearly 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from any of the staff. We made eye contact with several waitresses and the bartender and no one came over to even take our name. We would have understood if there was a wait, but to be blatantly ignored was incredibly off putting.

This place sucks!!! The customer service was terrible, the food terrible, drinks terrible!!! I tried to order 3 items they were out of ALL of them. The food came Luke warm and it was only 3 tables in there including us. The server called us out of our name and rolled her eyes when she was the one who got our order wrong!!! I will never in life return there and they need to be shut down!!!! They got one star because that's the only way I could post this!!!

We waited 45 minutes for our first food, which was the $14.99 triple appetizer. We ordered 2 more appetizers and it was 30 more minutes . By the time we left it had been 2 hours and 10 minutes.

I ordered 3 riblet plates. They were horrible. I got squash with 1 of the plates. I got 3 and 1/2 slices of squash. We will not be back. The cashier who rang up the order was rude.

While our food was good, our waitress was not attentive. There were two waitresses and what looked to be one manager who was running food to the tables and cleaning the tables when people would leave. We watched 7 groups of people at the door leave because no one would seat them. At the time only 6 tables were seated. It’s a shame. I hope they get their act together.

We’ve liked this Applebees for a while, however last few experiences have been poor. Today was our last visit. Service was beyond awful, the restaurant was empty. No excuse.

The service was good, she was kind and very understaffed. The soup was cold and cheese was hard, and the mac n cheese had no flavor. Chicken tenders were very good though. Atmosphere was absolutely terrible. Flies landed on my food and looked like they were having intercourse and then proceeded to land on my friends chest.

We got the appetizer trio. It left much to the imagination. Cold wings, cold shrimp, the pretzel sticks were good. It was just....meh. I wish I could rate higher. Server was nice, clean restroom
