Placed a car side to go order on 3/15 and the order said it would be ready @ 8:41pm. I arrive and say that I’m here from the link and call. The lady on the phone was rude and told me to come inside. I come to the front door it’s locked so I knock and the lady stares at me mouthing something then someone else comes and tells me to go to the side door. I go to the side door and the employees were fighting and cursing with eachother AND the two other people waiting. Awful awful awful service. Never seen employees that mad over people just waiting for their food…

My ribs are very hard can’t chew they don’t answer the phone when you press to speak to a manager they just let the phone ring. Ribs very burnt and I’m pretty sure my food won’t be replaced due to a manager not answering my phone call this late. I have to starve all night until I get off this was my lunch for work

Went there for family dinner with small children and baby. Waiter offered small plate of fresh fries for baby while we figured out meal selections, and they were complimentary. Waiter was awesome, attentive and nice and answered every question we had about offers. Overall, he provided great service.

Food was fresh and hot and delicious (good variety of options to choose from also). Some seasonal menu features, including for Lent. Going out with little kids unfortunately means low probability of remembering to get photos of food, but the appearance was great. Portions were suitable. Prices still reasonable, and mix in various available offers, a great affordable option for family dinner night.

Not a lot of clear options for people with GERD. I got regular sirloin steak and it was good and agreeable with my reflux.

Parking: Normal parking and surplus parking on side and rear

Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu options, decent menu activities with 4 color crayons provided, kids eat free certain days with paid adult entree

Went into the lobby and stood there for a few no one was there to help us some one was sweeping the floor and saw us but didn't even say a word so we left poor mngt.

Food LOOKED good, too bad we couldn't get seated. I had a feeling when i first walked in they were understaffed.

This location has really gone downhill. Being told we'll get to you when we're ready is crazy. I won't be back.

I placed a curbside pickup. I arrived a few minutes past time food was to be ready. I waited about 7 minutes after notifying them I was there. Noone came out with my order. I pulled to the front and went in amd noticed my order sitting by the bar. I picked up my order and noone approached me or ask me if I needed anything. They were not busy. Just not good business!!!! Then my order was wrong too! 😑

Awful experience. We waited 10 minutes to be seated. (They weren’t very busy) They were out of almost every drink option. It took our server 30 minutes to take our order. Food took another 30-40 minutes. Not sure if they were understaffed or what but they were all running around like the place had caught on fire. You’re better off driving to the springboro location if you want good service

I brought my son to his birthday at this location and it took 1.5 hours to get our food by the time it came out it was cold. The manager told us it was due to carry outs and that was the priority. Then proceeded to tell our server we just didn’t want to pay full price for our meal. So he took 5.00 off a 150 dollar check. I tipped our server 30 bucks because none of it was her fault. He then refused to give me the district manager’s number. I am calling corporate tomorrow. Expensive for the food you get and to have an incompetent manager is just sad.

Stpped in from out of town it was 10pm place was TRASHED stood tgere for 10 min 1 worker was sweeping place had 2 customers an the worker said nothing to us. We left! Don't waste your time nor money this place will be closed soon at this rate!

Order a few steaks cooked at medium got the first one and both we ordered were well done so sent them both back the next ones were not right either they were not right also well done took 3 times to get right which we got to go because everyone else was done eating already

We went to this Applebees last night for dinner and it was a horrible experience. We walked in and the place was disgusting and freezing! Took the hostess 10 minutes to seat us in a nearly empty restaurant. She didn’t know where to put us. Both tables were dirty. Atmosphere was very dated and we felt out of place it was super quiet. Everyone was in street clothes I thought the grandma was a customer and she was an employee. I could have worked there because there was no uniform or name tags. She let us pick a table. None of the employees had a uniform on and only one employee had a name tag on. I went to the bathroom and I’ve seen truck-stops bathrooms cleaner. We asked how the waitress was and she said it’s one of those days and rolled her eyes. My husband ordered our two waters and two burgers, We get our food relatively fast, but the fries were cold and nasty. Our waitress didn’t even bring our food to us. Some other employee did and our waitress never checked on us with our food or gave us a refill on our water. She only came back to the table when she saw that we were done with our food and asked if we wanted the check. The people In the booth behind us, we’re having issues getting clean silverware, and when they asked for a new silverware, the waitress rolled her eyes at them. Pretty much all the employees were rude and looked like you were inconveniencing them by being there. I started to feel ill after we left. I won’t ever be back to this Applebees. I didn’t see a manager but you would never know because no name tags. Oh when I went to the restroom I saw into the kitchen and God help me that kitchen was disgusting. They had a toilet plunger and toilet bowl brush by the food prep table. We are guessing the grandma was the manager she ran food Bar backed bartender and everything. Our waitress was very lazy. Her name was Amanda. She was pawning work off on other people. Also complaining about her six kids!

Restaurant was cold. They were out of napkins, but they did give us brown paper towels. Salad lettuce was wilted and turning brown. Burger was good. The chicken was good. Not enough fries. Waiter was good, but I think they were short staffed. Pricing was good.

Salad was brown and when we mentioned it, the waitress said that they can't inspect every leaf of lettuce! Manager came over offered no discount or even to replace food!
Also dated and dirty!
