This Arby's seems to be run down bad, holes in building, menu falling apart. Fries was horrible, Salted Caramel cookie seems to be reheated at some point but served to me pretty hard. The guy in the window was friendly at least.

Sole Touchers

Terrible customer service, asked for extra ranch and would gladly . Informed the manager it’s not an option to do it online and he refused to manually do it. Customer service is trash. Making it a point not to solve an issue is weird and beyond frustrating. . Running a business you have the
power to do anything. Choosing not to do anything is beyond me. Definitely done shopping there.

I went to the Arby’s drive thru on 4/10/25. Ordered 3 kids meals, beef n cheddar and a French Dip. I dip sandwich without looking and started to take a bite noticed a funny taste and looked to find mold all over my French dip sandwich. I can’t get a refund because I don’t have a receipt but I wasn’t given one. Just don’t eat here.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one person ahead of me. Then when I get my food it wasn't even close to what I ordered. Never going back there again.

Disappointed. The I change where my delivery comes from to support my community! My order continues to be incorrect. Only place who has cherry turnovers! I get apple! I can’t stand apple! Clearly you see cherry on the receipt! My poppers only had 6 I changed my meal to have the 8 pc! I mean people place their own order in hopes that it can be read correctly!!! Arby’s is a childhood staple and it is becoming disappointing

They need to work on this location. Major ceiling issues, leaking soda fountain, water on the floor, don't have all their food options due to being out.

It take them forever to get the food now, I guess I understand that they wanna be like Wendy’s and have everything fresh to order. But yal need to do better. People come to your place to eat for lunch but they only have 30 minutes

Terrible experience and customer service. An African American lady working drive thru was very unprofessional 3/17/25 @1pm i ordered a lemonade and chicken wrap with a root beer float. She gave me the total and said pull around , didn’t greet me or anything just demanded. After waiting and finally received my order , i waited extra for my float, I then asked can I get it , she laughed in my face and said oh we don’t have those and closed the window on me Not once did she inform me when I first ordered. Highly upset.
