The service was the standout feature at this Arby's. The person working at the register was friendly, attentive, and the food was provided before we left the counter. The food was ok. The fries seemed like they had been sitting a while, but the people after us had fresh ones. There was a comment made about it would be nice if the menu included coleslaw as an alternative to French fries. The dining area was spacious with few tables providing more walking space to the booths and remaining tables. The highlight is the outstanding customer service!

I came here while I was in Dayton, Ohio wanting a good Arby's sandwich for lunch to get a break from Thanksgiving leftovers on Friday. I was a little skeptical at first, as the location was not the most appealing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 2 classic combo with curly fries. I must say this was the worst Arby's I've ever had. When I opened the sandwich, burned pieces was falling out from bun. The meat was hanging out of the bun, which wouldn't have been so bad if the meat was cooked correctly and fresh. I'm not sure if the meat was overcooked, or just bad. As you can see the discoloration in the pictures. My stomach has not been right since. The lady in the drive-thru was nice though, but I had to ask for my receipt.

the lady at the front desk tried giving my the wrong order then when I got the right order she gave me a random drink said it was Dr pepper (it was not) and turned around to do something else and my food was rather crispy but good

The worst restaurant I have ever been to, the staff, the bathroom is very bad, I recommend you don't come here, it is very bad, they did not treat me well, I asked for a large bottle of water, he charged me a large drink and gave me the smallest drink. I actually paid for a large bottle of drink, the behavior of the staff is very bad

Parking: Parking covers both sides and the back; I've never seen anyone unable to find a place to park.
