Beef-n-cheedar? Try beef and imitation dipping cheese. They've changed the cheese sauce and it's not cheddar. It taste like burnt plastic. Ended up have a lunch of curly fries because that food WAS NOT edible.
Edit for Arby's reply...all info given. Never eating there again.

First time at this location. Placed an online order through the app and it was ready on time. Ordered the BOGO deal with 2 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches. I felt the portion of meat was appropriate for the order and the ratio of beef to cheddar sauce was also appropriate. Could have used more Arby's sauce however because it was hardly noticeable. My real problem is how they handle online pickup orders. While my meal was ready on time they have no facilities (or chose not to use it) to keep the food hot while waiting for the pickup. This isn't Subway where ordering a cold sandwich is normal. My food was like warm. I won't be ordering in advance from this location again unless I place my online order to take advantage of a mobile app deal from the parking lot to allow me to receive hot food.

The cashier on front counter is my absolute favorite restaurant employee! I previously would frequent a different chain because he was there. His warm smile with his golden teeth and sincere appreciation of his customers is something that you do not get everywhere. So very glad that you guys found him! He's an MVP! The food was also good. Will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wanna let everybody know don’t go to Arby’s on Kettering Boulevard. I waited over 12 minutes for a sandwich went and asked for a refund. The manager was outside fighting with another employee and commenced to tell me that I had to wait till she was done with her conversation before she would go back in the store and give me my refund so I got no food no refund the manager was very disrespectful and they lost all my business. I will never go to Arby’s again.

The lady was very nice. The food was good but it is crazy that you guys don’t have no air in there and that them poor people are working in there in the heat like that it’s 97° outside so what does it make it in the kitchen? I was gonna dine in, but it was warm in the dining room. Also, I’m coming out of the heat to eat somewhere and I’m sweating myself. All the money corporate make, and you guys don’t have no air in there. You should be thankful. You have employees that stay there and work through that The poor girl taking my order was sweating That’s just crazy to me. It’s not like you guys didn’t know someone was around the corner.

Went inside to order food and use restroom. Filled trash bags and trash can holders were open blocking the hall. No worker cleaning at that moment. Worker behind the counter, looked at me as I was waiting to order and tinkered around and then went to the back to help. The worker that walked away from me seamed agitated and I can see that but to look at me and walk away. That’s just rude.

If you are looking for poor customer service stop by this location. Im not sure I will actually be back. Not being advised of the price ever before getting to the window, being advised of total at window, they just take payment without even offering to provide receipt for proof of purchase. When I asked for my receipt I was provided the most unsettling look on the drive thru ladies face. after shutting the drive thru door and going to the front register to reprint my receipt she advised her coworker I requested a receipt. I did not hear her say this however the look her coworker provided me was enough to know. This same person in the drive thru has taken my order multiple times and she has never been pleasant. Never a hi, how are you or a thank you when leaving. It's almost as if the customers who contribute to keeping this establishment open are a bother to the workers here. Customer service training definitely needs to be implemented here.

The service was the standout feature at this Arby's. The person working at the register was friendly, attentive, and the food was provided before we left the counter. The food was ok. The fries seemed like they had been sitting a while, but the people after us had fresh ones. There was a comment made about it would be nice if the menu included coleslaw as an alternative to French fries. The dining area was spacious with few tables providing more walking space to the booths and remaining tables. The highlight is the outstanding customer service!
