Always extremely rude staff! I went through drive through 10 minutes ago for my mobile order, she hands me the bag and slams the window shut as I'm asking for arby sauce. I haven't had a pleasant customer service experience with this location in a long time!

I have never been to this Arby's before today. Always have to get the two fish sandwiches for $6. Upon going to the window to pay and get my food , I initially thought the girl at the window was giving me the wrong order. For some reason they had two of their chocolate shakes comparable to a Wendy's Frosty and she gave them to me for free. I'm guessing they were made by mistake. I have no idea. I'm not complaining. They were pretty good. Fish sandwiches were good, although Arby's uses a different fish fillet than they used to.

Terrible customer service. Slow. They made me come inside to pick up a mobile order when I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes. When they could of just handed me the bag through the window. Erin is a terrible manager and I won't be coming back

I tried to place an order through the app. I received a confirmation for the order. When I got there to pick it up, they didn't have it and told me it wasn't their problem and didn't even offer to make the food after I showed them the receipt.

My favorite Arby's in the area.Their food is always really good.
Normally love this place but as you can see, the chicken tenders were so bad today. The worst part is they looked at them and then still handed them to me. Obviously didn't eat more than a couple bites as they were pretty
Thr gentleman working the counter on 6/16/23 was fantastic. The food was also amazing and the roastbeef is always sliced perfectly.Kid-friendliness: Was very accommodating to our special needs 10 year old

Tried the Wagu Deluxe burger for the first time. I wasn’t disappointed, but found it to be the best fast food burger I’ve ever eaten. The single patty was equal to some establishments double or triple patty option. The beef had gray flavor. I do feel the bun they paired with the burger is weak. Isn’t able to hold up to the beef and tomato juices. Mine fell apart. I think a pretzel bun would be a better fit. My curly fries were as I am accustomed to.I will definitely return for the burger.
