Fries are old & hard af. Been under a heat lamp all day. Someone was broke down in the drive thru but they did let me come inside to order but I wish now I wouldn't have. Orange Fanta has no flavor. It tastes like carbonated water. It's orange but no flavor. Syrup bag must have been damn near empty. Atleast the Reuben is good. Wow, everything costs so much nowadays & although the people inside were nice hard fries & bad soda sucks! Hard to find a decent meal nowadays!

I read a few reviews from before and I was wondering if I would be saying the same thing when I came to this location today. I stopped in today to get my Grandma a couple fish sandwiches. 2 for $6.99 great value, no tartar. The sandwiches were made fresh and perfectly. She enjoyed every bite of her first one lol. The cashier was great, calm demeanor and kind. He brought the order out and we spoke about the restaurant for a bit. I told him I appreciate the experience . I will be back, because of Tyrese and the quality of the food. Thank you!

Hello my Name is Mason but I Typically go by X tonight I DoorDashed a few things and usually I leave my complaint there but I feel that they will not relay this message as proper as myself 1.Change that Fryer grease!! Yes it’s noticeable like very! 2. I understand bagging food can get tedious as I myself have worked at Arby’s and know it gets super busy out of nowhere but my suggestion is look at what your putting in the bags you’ll have a much more efficient shift!! All my food had hot sauce besides one item and I didn’t even receive it what if that one item that didn’t have hot sauce was for someone with an allergy? Although I’m not generally happy and probably will avoid this Arby’s for now on I wanted to still leave something positive on this review thanks for my Sprite it was really… yeah

Never go to this Arby's ..the food was horrific and old. The workers were all outside smoking, and the place looked as if it was unkept. If I had time I would have turned around and demanded a refund. Close this location down

Until this very minute I didn't have an issue. Grabbed dinner for my husband, son and myself. Other than the usual luke warm food we never really had any issues. My husband got the Corned Beef Reuben and as soon as he bit into the screamed what the **** is this?? Pulled a huge piece of what looked to be raw fat or bacon, weird because there's no bacon so assuming it's raw fat? I'm talking huge! Like 5 inches long 2 inches wide so we go back and are met with a rather rude older lady. We are polite this whole time mind you. My husband shows her and she's just looking like it's ok, maybe she would eat it? I don't know. She's just giving us this "what the **** do you want me to do about it" she says we'll just make another he's like if it's ok I'd rather just have my money back and she huffed and said no we don't do refunds you have to get something to eat he says fine give me a beef and cheddar. They "replaced" it with a regular beef and cheddar instead of at least the double you know because of the price difference. He's not eating it obviously. On our way to another drive thru to get him dinner. On the other hand, our dog is going to have a nice snack so it's not a total loss.....

Visited the Airway Rd location in Dayton for the first time, and it was the first time that everything about my order was excellent. Tried the burger and jalepeno poppers and they were soooo good. Altho it was late (9pm), the food was fresh and hot and perfectly made to order. On top of that the drive thru staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Well done!!! This location will always get my patronage from now on.
