Ordered take out, get home with the wrong sandwich. Prices at Arby's are already higher than most places for fast food. Also, there was no wait, so no excuse. Fish sandwich big difference from beef n cheddar. Guess we won't be back for a while.

11/18/23 2:30pm. I entered the Linden Ave. store with my brother and nephew. Cashier took their order, which was fine. Then system reboot, understood. My patience went out the window when cashier skipped over me and engaged with the customer behind me - I was clearly next in line. This is poor, and inexcusable, customer service!
