Classic roast beef fast food restaurant. My euro was perfectly delicious as usual. However, my boyfriend's roast beef sandwiches had burnt buns, and he asked to have them remade. Also, there was no horsey sauce in the dispenser. Quiet place as we were the only customers there at the time.

Bad service didn’t see the ranch and went back to ask for some he said it’s in the bag and we didn’t see it he said it’s in there I put it in there. And then we finally saw it and then he slammed the window shut. Very bad service/atmosphere
What happened to this place ? Creepy guy who waves ur food and money around like it’s a game then gives cold food . Someone please help this place it’s becoming unreliable !

Wasn't going to leave a review until I took my daughter to the bathroom and watched an EMPLOYEE exit the stall then leave the bathroom without washing her hands! Then proceeded to dance with her coworker. Tables are dirty, will not return. Probably just spent $30 for E. Coli! However the post Malone looking guy working front was nice and presentable and professional. The teenage brunette chick though needs to learn how to wash her hands. Absolutely disgusted. Bathroom happened today around 1:45pmish maybe 1:55. Made my children stop eating and left. Really hoping we do not get sick from this. Very unhappy!

The guy working there came in from smoking by the drive thru, didn’t wash his hands or put on gloves. He came straight in and started bagging my food. When he handed it to me I could see his hands/ fingernails were SO dirty. I do not trust the cleanliness of the employees of this establishment

Go to drive thru at lunch spend $11,49 for a combo they adk of I wanted curly or regular fries. I ask for curly go to window pay and she said she was short on my change a penny. No big deal until I get a cold sandwich and cold regular fries after I heard them tell someone they were holding for curly fries. Ask me what I want and still give me something else. Done with this Arby's

Pulled in and immediately noticed how dirty and in need of maintenance the place looked. I should have left at that point. The building is in disrepair, and the landscaping was awful. Normally, if a place is this unappealing, I normally leave but have wanted to try their fish sandwich for a while. Also ordered the mozzarella sticks. Surprisingly, the mozzarella sticks were really good, although the price was outrageous. $6.69 for six cheese sticks. They are charging more than some fast casual restraunts. That's as good as it gets. The marinara sauce was hideous and still contains high fructose corn syrup. First ingredient water. Tasted like a bad ketchup. Fish sandwiches were not edible. Cold, smashed, brown lettuce, and overall just awful. Definitely had been sitting around for some time. Will not go and would not recommend. One last complaint i am so tired of every restraunt asking to round up the amount for a charity, which I know nothing about. My donations to my choice of charity is my business, not for you to solicit.
