Placed an order in drive thru two sandwiches two drinks. Sat for a half hour still no food. There is no excuse for this period. I ended up sitting my lunch break in the drive thru with no food. It pathetic. Even if one person was running that whole place it should not take no half hour per order

The patio was beautiful my server was absolutely wonderful and very attentive to all of my needs!! The food was really good, but all I had was the grilled chicken sandwich so nothing elaborate. I was there waiting for my granddaughter to be delivered.

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 regullar meals, 2 beef and chedders and a single roast beef. Received 2 deluxe roast beefs instead of the regulars. This is a regular occurrence at Dayton area Arby's restaurants with the exception of the one on Linden ave.

Amazing experience with Jade today ! She greeted me the moment I walked in the door and made me feel welcome. The inside was clean and decorated for Easter ! My order was correct and good tasted great.

Classic roast beef fast food restaurant. My euro was perfectly delicious as usual. However, my boyfriend's roast beef sandwiches had burnt buns, and he asked to have them remade. Also, there was no horsey sauce in the dispenser. Quiet place as we were the only customers there at the time.

Bad service didn’t see the ranch and went back to ask for some he said it’s in the bag and we didn’t see it he said it’s in there I put it in there. And then we finally saw it and then he slammed the window shut. Very bad service/atmosphere
What happened to this place ? Creepy guy who waves ur food and money around like it’s a game then gives cold food . Someone please help this place it’s becoming unreliable !

Wasn't going to leave a review until I took my daughter to the bathroom and watched an EMPLOYEE exit the stall then leave the bathroom without washing her hands! Then proceeded to dance with her coworker. Tables are dirty, will not return. Probably just spent $30 for E. Coli! However the post Malone looking guy working front was nice and presentable and professional. The teenage brunette chick though needs to learn how to wash her hands. Absolutely disgusted. Bathroom happened today around 1:45pmish maybe 1:55. Made my children stop eating and left. Really hoping we do not get sick from this. Very unhappy!
