I came at 8 pm made two orders didn’t leave till 8:50 then when I got home I took a bite of my burger and it was pink so I went back up there and doors was locked and I called 30 time no answer they didn’t close till 11 it’s 10:02 and still no answer they the inside don’t close till 10

Was going to order inside but as I waited on my fiance to use the restroom, no one came to the service desk. So we decided to use the drive threw. Ordered our food and paid... And waited and wait.. finally get our food.. Get all the way home and they made my turkey club with out the dang turkey! Thank goodness I just happen to have my own lunch meat!! Will not be returning to this location!

5 mins to even be acknowledged, then another 5 for someone to take my order. The manager took the order, specifically asked for large didn't get it. Was told it would be a few minutes because the chicken is cooked to order, ok I'm fine with that. 15 mins later I finally got my food after everything set ont he counter in bag. Everything was cold including the sandwich that was supposedly cooked to order. In the middle of an inspection & they are ignoring customers and making them w a it 15min. Then on top of that the cook trying to tell her that buns are sticking in the toaster & her response was " Not today, I just don't care". Maybe owners need to find a new manager

Ordered food through the drive thru, and they got our order so wrong that it baffles me. I ordered 2 separate meals, but somehow ended up with one fry, one drink, and 2 tiny little roast beef sandwiches. How do you mess up THAT bad? There were only 2 cars. Lady's name is Dulcee, btw.

The worker at the drive thru window was on the spectrum I believe- or just not all the way there in the head. I asked for Arby’s sauce- as does like everyone I know that eats at Arby’s and he gave me horsey sauce. When he was speaking through the speaker and the window I could barely understand him and had to ask him what he said 3 times. I understand giving people a chance- but he clearly doesn’t know what or how to do food service appropriately. The coke was also flat- like flat as A cups. No fizz, at all. Which wasn’t his fault but still the restaurant in general. Trash.
Would have got five stars across the board if it weren't for the fact that I bought two chicken sandwiches for $7 and had to wait because they had been dropped fresh then I received one old one that was hard as a rock and one new one that was indeed fresh

Literally just tried to charge me $4 for a medium drink. Get bent Arby’s. Also the employee was beyond rude. Left and went to McDonald’s and got a medium drink for $1.50. I checked the Arby’s website for the location on maxton road in Dayton Ohio, a medium drink is $2.99.

I went in there to get some ranch packets just like randomly ask for 10 cuz I don't know that sounds like a good number and she couldn't figure out how to ring them up so she rings them up as cheddar cheese cup and says that'll be $9.90. I said nvm.
