Was the worst experience I have ever had. Girl on back line was sitting down huffing and puffing while we were ordering, took my phone to do tap pay to the drive thru out of my sight because supposedly counter wasn’t working, wrote our order down on a receipt paper. Got back to our room and the chicken looked old and dried out. Made me sick all night. Happened on Sunday November 2nd around 5pm

They should not have the drive thru open if there are only 2 people working total in the store. U CANNOT ACCOMMODATE THAT MUCH WORK. This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten with Arby's. I ordered my food at 4:11 and didn't receive it until 4:30 thru the drive thru. Hell I even had to go I to get the food.. I just think from now on I will dive an extra 20 minutes to the national location in Vandalia

Went to drive through asked for 2 sandwiches with some sauce on the side . Sandwiches were cold and no sauce came on the side taste bad
I came at 8 pm made two orders didn’t leave till 8:50 then when I got home I took a bite of my burger and it was pink so I went back up there and doors was locked and I called 30 time no answer they didn’t close till 11 it’s 10:02 and still no answer they the inside don’t close till 10

Was going to order inside but as I waited on my fiance to use the restroom, no one came to the service desk. So we decided to use the drive threw. Ordered our food and paid... And waited and wait.. finally get our food.. Get all the way home and they made my turkey club with out the dang turkey! Thank goodness I just happen to have my own lunch meat!! Will not be returning to this location!
